# Understanding Cook Groups

Learn what cook groups offer, how to get started, and how to use the Divine partnership trial.

### What's a Cookgroup?

A cook group is a community, usually on Discord, that provides members with valuable resources for reselling and botting. This includes things like release info, restock alerts, early links, site monitors, bot setups, proxy recommendations and more. Essentially, it's a hub where people share knowledge and tools to increase success in buying limited items

The video above is a useful introduction. If it shows an older Stellar interface, follow the current written retailer and setup guides for Stellar AIO 4.0.

### What can a cook group help with?

Think of a cook group as a place to learn what is releasing, when to prepare and where to find relevant information. The exact features depend on the group and membership you choose.

* **Release information:** Product details, expected release times and participating retailers.
* **Restock alerts and monitors:** Notifications when a monitoring service detects a change, such as a product coming back in stock. An alert is information to check; it is not a reservation or a guaranteed checkout.
* **Product links and identifiers:** Links, SKUs or other product IDs that help you find the intended item. Use the format required by the relevant Stellar retailer guide.
* **Preparation and setup discussions:** Advice about supported retailers, release preparation, proxies and common mistakes.
* **Reselling resources:** Information about demand, selling platforms and costs. Check the details yourself before buying inventory.
* **Community help:** A place to ask questions, compare experiences and learn from other members.

### How does a cook group work with Stellar?

**The cook group provides information and community guidance. Stellar AIO 4.0 is the software you configure and run.** Joining a group does not automatically create tasks, import accounts or set up your profiles and proxies.

For example, your group may post a Pokémon Center product link and release information. You would then read Stellar’s Pokémon Center guide, enter the product in the required format, select your profiles and proxies, and prepare any required harvesters. Keep checking the release updates and your task status.

A Discord monitor alert is also different from a monitor task inside Stellar. Follow the retailer guide to learn which task modes you need and how they work together.

### Do I need a cook group?

A cook group is optional; you can use Stellar without joining another group. It can be helpful if you want release research, alerts and a community to learn from.

Check what is included before joining. Cook group membership, Stellar access, proxies and other services may have separate costs. A group’s recommendations or posted results do not guarantee that you will get the same results.

### Getting started in a cook group

1. **Read the welcome and rules channels.** Follow the group’s onboarding steps so you know where guides, announcements and support are located.
2. **Choose your interests.** Select the available roles or channel options for your retailers, product categories and region. Enable the alerts you actually plan to follow.
3. **Start with one retailer or category.** Learn its release process and the matching Stellar guide before trying several setups at once.
4. **Prepare before the release.** Check the date and time zone, product identifier, task settings and any required proxies, accounts or harvesters.
5. **Review alerts carefully.** Confirm the retailer, item, variant, quantity and price before acting. Stock and prices can change after an alert is sent.
6. **Ask specific questions.** Include the retailer, what you are trying to do and what is confusing. For a software issue, include the exact task status and a screenshot with private details hidden.

For reselling, consider the purchase cost, selling fees, shipping and likely demand before buying. Begin with an amount you are comfortable spending while you learn.

### Cook group support or Stellar support?

* **Ask your cook group:** Where to find release information, how its monitor channels work, which roles to select, what is included in its membership, or where to find its research and community resources.
* **Ask Stellar support:** Questions about Stellar AIO 4.0 controls, task modes, software errors, license access or how to follow a Stellar guide.
* **Ask the relevant provider:** Billing, access or service problems with a cook group, proxy provider or server provider.

If a group’s setup advice conflicts with the current Stellar retailer guide, ask Stellar support to clarify before changing your setup. Keep passwords, license keys, proxy credentials and payment details out of public messages and screenshots.

### Divine x StellarAIO partnership

Stellar has partnered with Divine to give members access to additional release information, reselling resources and community guidance alongside Stellar’s software.

#### Free 14-day trial for Stellar members

Stellar members can use the partnership offer to try Divine free for 14 days.

[**Claim your free 14-day Divine trial**](https://whop.com/checkout/plan_VXOIjPnJ76OCR?a=aerialstructure87f4)

Before activating the trial, review the checkout page for eligibility, what is included, and any renewal price or cancellation deadline. Use the trial to explore the channels, ask onboarding questions and decide whether the group fits your interests.

#### What Divine offers

Divine’s resources cover categories such as:

* Pokémon cards and GPUs.
* Sports cards and Labubu collectibles.
* Less widely known product releases and reselling opportunities.
* Sneakers, including the AK Chefs community acquired by Divine.
* Amazon FBA learning resources. FBA means Fulfillment by Amazon, a service where Amazon handles storage and fulfillment for participating sellers.

The existing partnership also includes access to a separate community covering crypto, options and sports betting. Those topics are separate from learning to use Stellar; check Divine’s current membership details for availability and access requirements.

Choose the categories relevant to you rather than trying every channel at once. A category being covered by Divine does not mean Stellar automates every site or activity in that category.

Community examples and promotional results are not a promise of your own results. Use Divine’s resources to help you prepare, and use the current Stellar guides to build and troubleshoot your software setup.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://guides.stellaraio.com/stellar/botting-basics/cook-groups.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
