Macy's
Complete guide on our Macy's module

Our Macy’s module supports guest checkout only, making it one of the simpler and more consistent modules in Stellar. It’s primarily used for retail restocks and in stock monitors, ideal for Pokémon cards, collectibles and other high demand items that often return to stock without notice.
Quick Start (Recommended Setup)
(For members who want a fast setup without reading everything)
Create a checkout Profile with billing and shipping info
Use ISP proxies for monitoring and Residential proxies for checkout
Create Monitor Mode tasks for each SKU you want
Run matching Normal Mode checkout tasks with Watch Task enabled
Make sure checkout tasks show “Waiting for Monitor Ping” before drops
Enable Use App only for app only restocks (if applicable)
Set proper delays and QTY based on cook group guidance
Before major drops, run a test task on an in stock item
Preliminary Checklist
Before setting up tasks on Macy’s, make sure you have everything below prepared:
Create and save your checkout profiles under the Profiles tab in Stellar. These contain your billing, shipping and payment info.
ISP proxies – Recommended for monitoring tasks.
Residential proxies – Recommended for checkout tasks. Save both proxy groups under the Proxies tab in Stellar.
If you're looking for proxies, check out Stella Proxies for high quality ISP and Residential proxies
Optional but recommended. Your cook group can help you find product URLs, SKUs and early restock alerts.
Before big drops, run a test task on a random in stock product to confirm your profiles, proxies and delays are functioning correctly.
Supported Modes
Monitor mode

Normal mode

When to Use Each Mode
Normal Mode → For direct in stock checkouts.
Monitor Mode → For monitoring items that are currently out of stock.
You can combine both for optimal performance:
Monitor tasks watch for restocks.
Normal mode watch tasks with the same SKU wait for the monitor to trigger them.
Make sure your Normal mode tasks show “Waiting for Monitor” before a drop.
Profile Selection
Select the profile you want to use under the Profiles dropdown. Your billing and shipping info from that profile will be used automatically during checkout.
Proxy Setup
For the best performance:
Use ISP proxies for monitoring tasks.
Use Residential proxies for checkout tasks.
If you need reliable proxies, check out Stella Proxies for high quality ISP and Residential options.
SKU Setup
To locate the SKU:
Visit the Macy’s product page.
Find the SKU in the product URL or source or get it from your cook group.
Paste the SKU into the product field in Stellar.
Delay Recommendations
Monitoring Tasks
4000–7000 ms
Adjust based on proxy quality and site activity
Reset Delay
≤ 5000 ms
Controls retry frequency
Checkout Tasks
≤ 2000 ms
Faster delay for better speed at checkout
Tip: Always run at least one Monitor Task per product to catch restocks quickly.
Quantity (QTY)
Check your cook group for product-specific quantity limits.
Use App Option
The Use App checkbox allows you to monitor and checkout products that are app only. Your cookgroup should inform you about app only drops and restocks including product information such as SKUs.
How it works:
Enable Use App on your monitor and/or checkout tasks.
Start your tasks.
When there's an app only drop or restock, your tasks will detect it right away.
Watch Task Option
The Watch Task checkbox allows checkout tasks to wait for a monitor task to detect a restock first instead of monitoring themselves.
How it works:
Enable Watch Task on your checkout task.
Start the task, it will show “Waiting for Monitor Ping.”
When your Monitor Mode task detects a restock, it triggers your checkout task to run.
This method reduces site load and improves success rates during restocks.
If Watch Task is disabled, your checkout task will monitor and run independently.
