How Do I J1g My Profiles?
Complete guide on j1gging
What Is J1gging?
Overview
J1G is a community term for creating controlled variations of a base checkout profile.
A profile contains information used during checkout, including:
Email
Phone number
First and last name
Shipping address
Billing address
Payment information
Members may use multiple profiles when preparing accounts or tasks. The exact setup requirements vary between retailers.
StellarAIO no longer provides an official J1G spreadsheet, profile-generation formulas, or retailer-specific J1G instructions. Contact your cook group for current setup methods and guidance.
Why Members Use J1G Profiles
Members may create profile variations to:
Organize multiple retailer accounts
Match profiles to their corresponding accounts
Prepare multiple checkout tasks
Keep account and profile information separated
Follow retailer-specific setup recommendations
J1G does not guarantee successful checkouts, prevent cancellations, or override a retailer’s order limits.
Retailers use different validation systems, and a profile format that works on one site may not work on another.
Where to Get J1G Guidance
Contact your cook group before creating J1G profiles.
Cook groups can provide current information about:
Retailer-specific profile requirements
Address-formatting practices
Account and profile matching
Email requirements
Payment-method requirements
Recommended profile counts
Testing procedures
Current retailer restrictions
J1G methods can change as retailers update their systems. This is why Stellar does not publish one universal spreadsheet or recommend one fixed method.
See the Cook Groups Guide to learn what cook groups provide and why they are useful.
Before Creating Multiple Profiles
Before following guidance from your cook group:
Confirm which retailer you are preparing for.
Review that retailer’s current Stellar guide.
Make sure all shipping and billing information will remain valid.
Confirm that packages can be delivered using the provided information.
Prepare the required emails, accounts, and payment methods.
Start with a small number of profiles.
Test your setup before creating profiles at a larger scale.
Keep a secure backup of your original profile information.
Do not create hundreds of profiles before confirming that the setup imports correctly and works for the intended retailer.
Importing Finished Profiles into Stellar
After your cook group helps you prepare the profiles, you can import them using Stellar’s CSV template.
Open the Profiles tab.
Create or select a Profile Group.
Select Download CSV Template.
Open the downloaded template in compatible spreadsheet software.
Add the finished profile information to the correct columns.
Do not rename, remove, or rearrange the template’s columns.
Save or export the completed file as a CSV.
Return to the Profile Group in Stellar.
Select Import.
Choose the completed CSV file.
Review the imported profiles for missing or incorrect information.
For detailed import instructions, refer to the Mass Import and Export Profiles guide.
Profile Review Checklist
After importing profiles, confirm that each profile has:
A recognizable profile name
The correct email
A valid phone number
Complete shipping information
Complete billing information
Accurate payment information
The correct country and region
No missing required fields
No spreadsheet formulas remaining in the imported values
No accidental spaces or formatting errors
For account-based retailers, the profile email may need to match the corresponding retailer account. Check the retailer’s guide before creating tasks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Stellar provide a J1G spreadsheet?
No. Stellar no longer provides or maintains an official J1G spreadsheet.
Can Stellar Support tell me how to format J1G profiles?
Stellar Support can explain how to create and import profiles inside the application. Retailer-specific J1G methods should come from your cook group.
Does one J1G method work for every retailer?
No. Retailers use different account, address, payment, and order-validation systems.
Does J1G prevent cancellations?
No. Retailers may cancel orders for many reasons. J1G does not guarantee that an order will be accepted or fulfilled.
Should I create as many profiles as possible?
No. Start small, test the intended retailer, and scale only when you can correctly manage the profiles, accounts, proxies, and tasks.
