Use the Amazon module in Stellar 4.0 with Canada selected for your accounts and Monitor tasks. There is no separate Amazon CA module. Start with Monitor + Special: the Monitor checks stock, and Special attempts checkout with your saved Amazon account.
Quick Start: Recommended Setup
- Prepare an Amazon.ca account with a valid default address and payment method. Save it under Accounts → Amazon with Region set to Canada.
- Use a stable login proxy for the account and a separate proxy group for monitoring.
- Create an Amazon Tag group containing the products you want. Start with one product and a suitable maximum price per unit.
- Create an Amazon Monitor task with Region CA. Choose scrape with a Max Price if you do not have an Offer ID or need the price limit enforced. fast needs a verified Offer ID and does not enforce Max Price.
- Create a Special task using your Canadian account and matching Tag group. Start with product Qty 1 and Endless Mode off.
- Start both tasks when ready. Confirm Special reaches its waiting state and the Monitor is checking the intended product. Review actual Amazon orders after a checkout.
Preliminary Checklist
Amazon account and payment
Use an Amazon.ca account you can sign into, with the intended shipping address and payment method saved as defaults. Keep the card, CVV, billing and shipping information accurate. Special uses the saved Amazon account; its current task form does not ask for a Stellar Profile. Prime is optional, although membership can affect shipping and product access.
Proxies
For continuous Amazon.ca monitoring, the existing recommendation is clean ISP or datacenter proxies. Canadian ISP proxies are not specifically required. Residential proxies can be used when needed, but monitor their data consumption. Do not copy low US monitoring delays into a Canadian setup without testing.
Keep a stable login proxy assigned to each account. Repeated IP changes and simultaneous use of one account from different IPs can trigger more logins. Keep monitor traffic separate from login and checkout traffic.
If you need a proxy provider, the existing Stella Proxies resource is available. Choose proxies based on the Canadian monitoring and account guidance above.
The general mix of proxy types above does not replace the Canada-specific recommendation: start continuous monitoring with clean ISP/DC proxies, and avoid rotating your account’s login IP unnecessarily.
Product information
Optional but recommended. Your cook group can help you find product URLs, SKUs and early restock alerts.
SKU means Amazon’s product identifier, also called an ASIN. An Offer ID identifies a particular offer. Match the product, seller, condition and Canadian marketplace. Amazon can show a different Offer ID each time the page is refreshed; one valid ID is enough. An Offer ID may stay valid for a long time, but offers can change: replace it when it stops working, refresh stored IDs periodically (newer staff advice suggests about every 1–2 weeks) and follow current release guidance.
Accounts & Sessions
- Open Accounts, select Amazon, then choose an account group.
- Click Add Account. Give it an Account Name you will recognize.
- Choose the matching Region and enter the account email and password. Select Personal or Business to match the actual account.
- Enter the 2FA Authenticator Key and the CVV for the account’s default payment method.
- Choose Request Login as the starting Login Method. Use Browser Login when Request Login repeatedly fails or Amazon requires browser interaction; Google Chrome is required for browser login. If Browser Login does not sign into the intended Business profile, confirm the saved account is set to Business and try Request Login. The browser login flow is automated, so do not try to manually switch profiles inside that browser. Verify that the resulting session uses the intended account before starting checkout tasks. If the problem continues, send support the exact error and logs.
- Enter a stable Login Proxy and save the account. Select this account in your checkout or invite task.
Choose Canada in the account’s Region field. Account Type offers Personal and Business; choose the type you actually use. Request Login and Browser Login are separate login methods, not checkout modes.
Adding an account saves its details. The appropriate task uses those details to sign in and save a login session. A session is the saved state that lets Stellar stay signed in without entering the password for every request. Clear Cookies removes that saved session, so the account must log in again.
Import several accounts
In the selected Amazon account group, click Mass Import Accounts. Enter one account per line using the current field order:
email;password;region;2fa authenticator key;account type;cvv;login proxy;login method
The 4.0 order differs from the old Sessions import format. Follow the hint shown in the app, keep empty fields in position and test a small import first. Review the imported region, login method and proxy before running tasks.
Authenticator Key
Request Login uses the Amazon Authenticator Key to generate two-step verification codes. This is the long setup key, not the changing six-digit code. Keep it private like a password.
2FA Authenticator Key - Please refer to this guide to create a 2FA Key
Complete the authenticator setup on Amazon before using the key in Stellar. A compatible authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, generates the confirmation codes. Keep the original setup key private.
Keeping the login session stable
Assign a clean, dedicated ISP proxy to the account where possible, avoid repeatedly rotating that IP and start with one checkout task per account. Clear Cookies deletes the saved login session; the next task must sign in again. There is no guaranteed session lifetime or universal fix for an account lock.
Captcha Services
When enabling Should Solve Captcha, configure the service in Settings → Captcha first. The current provider choices are Capmonster, TwoCaptcha and Capsolver. Select the configured provider where the task exposes that field. A valid key also needs sufficient balance and support for the challenge. If solving is disabled, the task may rotate its proxy when it encounters a captcha.
Prepare your Amazon Tag group
A Tag group is a reusable product list. Open Tags, create a group for Amazon, then use Manage SKUs to enter one product per line:
SKU;Title;MaxPrice
For example, a product costing $50 per unit uses a MaxPrice of 50, even if you want six units. Do not enter 300 as the per-unit limit. Shipping is not included. Use your own verified Canadian product information.
Create a matching Monitor for each product you want Special to buy. Matching Monitor and Special tasks do not have to be in the same task group. Keep their SKU and region consistent.
Supported Modes
For this Canada walkthrough, use monitor and special. The Amazon dropdown also lists fast and invite, but the Fast checkout mode is supported for US/UK and the existing Canada guidance excludes Invite. Do not confuse fast inside Monitoring Method with the separate Fast checkout mode.
Monitor Mode Breakdown
Open an Amazon task group, click Create Task and choose monitor. This task checks stock and signals matching checkout tasks; it cannot place an order on its own.
Name and Mode
Use an optional recognizable name and select monitor.
Monitor Proxy
Choose the proxy group for stock checks. Clean ISP/DC proxies are the existing starting recommendation for continuous Canadian monitoring.
SKU and Use Bulk CSV List
With bulk input off, enter one Canadian product ASIN in SKU. For multiple products, Use Bulk CSV List shows this format:
sku;name;maxPrice;offerId
Use one product per line and a matching Monitoring Method. Begin with a single product so errors are easier to identify.
Region
Choose CA. The account used by Special must also be set to Canada.
Monitoring Method
- scrape: monitors by SKU and shows Max Price. Use it when you do not have a verified Offer ID.
- fast: monitors a specific offer and shows Offer Id instead of Max Price. Supply the verified Canadian Offer ID. This monitoring method does not enforce a Monitor Max Price, even if an imported row displays one. Special tasks it triggers can check out above the MaxPrice in your Tag group.
- business: monitors by SKU and Max Price; there is no Offer ID field for this method in Stellar 4.0. An Amazon Business account is required for checkout. Do not treat Max Price as a cap here: with quick checkout, Amazon does not return the price for Business accounts, so Stellar may check out above your Max Price. A Tag group MaxPrice or a Monitor does not protect this flow. Do not leave Business accounts on unattended monitoring for products where the price matters.
The existing Canadian recommendation is to use both fast and scrape monitoring where you have the required product information. Keep the initial setup small and check each method’s status. Only scrape enforces your Max Price, so add a fast monitor only for an offer whose price you accept. When the price matters, monitor by scrape without an Offer ID.
Max Price and Offer Id
Max Price is a per-unit limit shown for scrape/business. Offer Id is shown for fast. These fields do different jobs: an Offer ID identifies an offer, and is not a guarantee that its final price will remain unchanged.
Important: price limits are not a guarantee
A developer confirmed that Amazon may omit pricing or update it after an order is placed. Keep reasonable price limits, verify the intended offer and check the final Amazon order price promptly. Do not rely on Max Price as a guaranteed spending cap.
ZIP Code
Use when the product or marketplace setup needs a location. Otherwise leave it blank. Do not substitute a US ZIP code simply because the label says ZIP Code.
Monitoring Delay
The form starts at 3000 ms, but the existing Amazon.ca recommendation is 8500 ms or higher (8.5 seconds or more). Proxy quality and task count affect what works. Increase the delay or reduce load if captcha or antibot responses become frequent.
Reset Delay
Optional pause before monitoring resets after a stock trigger. The previous Canadian starting range is 30000–60000 ms, or 30–60 seconds. Very short reset delays can increase proxy traffic.
Should Solve Captcha
Enable to use a configured captcha service rather than relying only on proxy rotation. Check the provider’s key and balance before starting.
Amazon Warehouse Deals and Amazon Third Party
These appear with scrape monitoring. Leave them off unless those sellers and item conditions are acceptable. Review condition, shipping and return terms.
Start Time, End Time and bottom Qty
Scheduling is optional. Leave the times blank for manual control; scheduled tasks must still be started and Stellar must remain open. The bottom Qty creates that many Monitor tasks. Start with 1 while testing.
Special Mode Breakdown
Choose special in your Amazon task group. Special watches for matching Monitor signals by default, so it has no separate Watch Task checkbox.
Name, Mode and Checkout Proxy
Give the task an optional name, select special and choose a clean checkout proxy group. Keep the account’s login and checkout setup consistent.
Input List
Select the Amazon Tag group containing your intended products. The existing guide also supports entering a SKU directly. Start with a Tag group and matching Monitor so the setup is easy to review.
Account
Choose the prepared Canadian Amazon account. Start with one Special task per account.
Delay
Start with the default 3000 ms for Special mode. A slower 3500 ms interval is an optional adjustment if needed; no delay guarantees uninterrupted operation. Follow current Canada release instructions and increase delays if the account or proxies are being limited.
Qty
The Qty beside the product settings is units per order. Start with 1 and follow retailer limits. The Qty at the bottom controls the number of tasks created.
Cart Attempts and Checkout Attempts
Cart Attempts controls add-to-cart attempts; Checkout Attempts controls attempts after carting. Both start blank in the form. The previous Canadian guide suggested leaving Cart Attempts blank or testing 25, and using 25 as a Checkout Attempts starting point. These are tuning suggestions, not app defaults or guarantees.
Captcha Provider and Should Solve Captcha
Choose Capmonster, TwoCaptcha or Capsolver after configuring that service, and enable Should Solve Captcha when you want challenges solved.
Shipping Speed
Choices are cheapest, fastest and random. Fastest may cost more. Check the account’s shipping options and the final order total.
Check Quantity Limit
Check Quantity Limit: normally on for one SKU. For a multi-product Tag group, the existing recommendation is off so one product’s limit does not stop all coverage; still stop attempts for products whose limit you have reached.
Skip 3DS?
Leave off unless current support instructions require otherwise. Be available to complete any payment approval requested by your bank.
Use TopCashback?
Enable only if you have configured the service and verified that the Canadian purchase is eligible.
Endless Mode
Leave off while learning. It can continue buying after a successful order and cause additional purchases. It is not recommended for limited-quantity products such as consoles or GPUs. If enabled, set the displayed Endless Limit to control the number of successful orders.
Start Time and End Time
Optional scheduling controls. Leave blank for manual timing. A scheduled task must still be started in Stellar; entering a start time does not start a stopped task.
Advanced: timed releases with an Offer ID
Special also accepts one SKU:OfferID pair directly in Input List for a confirmed timed release. This repeatedly sends add-to-cart requests instead of the normal Monitor + Tag workflow. Do not leave it running for long periods; prolonged attempts can affect your Amazon account. Stop it when the release window is over. Do not rely on Max Price in this workflow; check the Offer ID's seller and price before starting.
FAQ
Do I need Prime?
Prime is optional for Special, although shipping and product access may differ by account.
Must Monitor and Special share a task group?
No. The important match is the product and Canadian region. Make sure the Tag group contains the monitored SKU and the Special task uses the intended account.
Common Errors & Troubleshooting
Captcha Detected or Antibot / Rotating Proxy
Check proxy quality, load and monitoring delay. Repeated responses can indicate that the proxy is being challenged. Avoid increasing task counts as the first fix. Review the captcha-service setup if solving is enabled.
No Offer ID provided
Fast monitoring needs an Offer ID even if the field is not marked with an asterisk. Use a verified Canadian Offer ID, or choose scrape and set a Max Price when you do not have one. If a saved Offer ID that used to work starts failing, replace it with a freshly obtained one.
Repeated logins or invalid credentials
Check the stored credentials, region, authenticator setup and stable Login Proxy. Avoid simultaneous account use from changing IPs. If Request Login repeatedly fails, follow the Browser Login instructions in Accounts; do not repeatedly clear cookies without diagnosing the error.
Account lock or suspected soft ban
Try signing in on Amazon.ca and opening Your Account to check for a retailer-side message. A normal account page alone does not identify every task problem. If Amazon locks the account, follow its recovery instructions. Send support the exact task status and logs if the site works but Stellar does not.
Checkout price is higher than expected
Check the actual Amazon order, seller, quantity, shipping and total. Then check how the task was triggered: a fast monitor with an Offer ID does not enforce Max Price, and Amazon Business quick checkout does not return the price. For a cap, use scrape monitoring with the SKU and a Max Price. Amazon can omit or change pricing after the order is placed, so a configured limit is not a guaranteed final-price cap. Review the order promptly and use Amazon’s available order-management options if needed.
