Cashback

Settings → Cashback connects supported cashback services to Stellar. Cashback is a possible reward on an eligible purchase; the provider and retailer decide whether an order qualifies.

Stellar 4.0 cashback settings

Before connecting a service

Use a service only when your task offers the corresponding cashback option. Check the provider's current offer and exclusions. Filling in a Settings field does not enable cashback for every task or guarantee that an order will earn a reward.

Rakuten: get and connect your token

Rakuten cashback service

Rakuten offers cashback on eligible purchases. Rates, exclusions, and eligibility vary by retailer and offer, so check the offer in your Rakuten account before using it.

1. Get your Rakuten token

A token connects your Rakuten account to Stellar. Treat it like a password and keep it private.

1. Open Rakuten and sign in.
2. Right-click the page and choose Inspect.
3. In Developer Tools, select Elements.
4. Press Ctrl + F on Windows or Command + F on Mac and search for toolbarToken.
5. Find a line like the example below and copy only the value inside content="".

Copy your actual token, not the example text. Do not include quotation marks, the name toolbarToken, or the full HTML line. The old EUID search is not the method described here.

2. Add it to Stellar 4.0

1. Open Settings → Cashback.
2. Paste the token into Rakuten Token.
3. Follow the retailer guide and enable its Rakuten option where available.

Check eligibility and results

Only use this integration when your task offers a Rakuten option. Adding a token alone does not make every purchase eligible for cashback. Check your Rakuten account for tracking and the offer's terms.

If the token stops working

Sign in to Rakuten again and repeat the steps to obtain the current token. Replace the old value in Stellar. Never send your token in a public screenshot or support message.

TopCashback: connect and claim cashback

TopCashback cashback service

TopCashback offers cashback on eligible purchases. Offers and exclusions vary, so check the retailer's current offer in your TopCashback account before using it.

1. Connect your account

1. Sign in to your TopCashback account and make sure your email and password work.
2. In Stellar 4.0, open Settings → Cashback.
3. In TopCashback Token or Login Credentials, enter your email and password separated by one colon.

Use your real credentials, not the example. Email:password is the recommended 4.0 setup. You no longer need to manually copy browser cookies for the normal setup.

Select the TopCashback Captcha Provider on the same page and configure that provider's API key in Settings → Captcha. Keep your credentials and keys private.

2. Enable it in a supported task

Use a task that offers Use TopCashBack and enable that option. If the option is not available, do not assume the task supports this integration.

3. Manually claim your cashback

You still need to submit cashback claims manually for your orders. Connecting the account and enabling the task option do not replace this step.

1. After an eligible order, check your TopCashback earnings and shopping trips.
2. Open Submit a Missing Cashback Claim.
3. Select the relevant retailer or shopping trip and provide the order details requested by TopCashback.
4. Follow any waiting period shown by TopCashback and keep your order confirmation while the claim is reviewed.

Cashback is subject to the retailer's offer and TopCashback's claim process; a checkout does not guarantee approval.

If it is not working

• Check the email:password format and remove spaces added when copying.
• Confirm you can sign in to TopCashback directly.
• Check your selected captcha provider and its balance.
• Make sure Use TopCashBack is enabled on the task.
• Check your TopCashback account and claim status after the order.

NX Rewards

For supported tasks, enter your NX Rewards account credentials in NX Rewards Login Credentials using email:password. Use the link beside the field to reach the service and check your account's offer requirements.

CompleteSavings

For supported tasks, enter your CompleteSavings account credentials in CompleteSavings Login Credentials using email:password. Use the link beside the field to check the service's current offers and account requirements.

After checkout

Keep your order confirmation and check tracking in the cashback provider's account. Follow that provider's process for missing cashback. Keep all tokens and login credentials private.
