• Which mode do I use?

  • Shipping mode - is your checkout task to be used for home delivery checkout flow, select watch task to pair with Monitor

  • Collect - is your checkout task to be used for in-store collection checkout flow

  • Monitor - is to be paired with shipping mode, for home delivery monitoring

  • Monitor-collect - is to be paired with Collect mode, for in-store collection monitoring

• What does profile mean?

  • Select a profile you want to use and that profile information will be used when checking out items

• What type of proxies should I use?

  • For monitor instore and delivery, most ISP’s work. You can test and if you see proxy bans, you’ll have to switch to another provider or consider residentials (this however does consume data)

  • For checkout tasks (in-store and delivery), use high quality residentials or ISP’s. Residentials preferred.

    • Proxies

      ISP proxies - recommended for monitor mode (running longer periods of time). Can also run half checkout tasks with ISP

      Residential proxies - recommended for checkout mode when using watch task + monitor

• What is the product SKU?

  • For example https://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/warhammer-age-of-sigmar-aggradon-lancers/6755271000.html, the SKU is the numbers at the end - 6755271000

• What is QTY?

  • The number of items you want in one order

• What is Delay?

  • The time in milliseconds the bot will retry to checkout after it encounters an error. If you’re running long periods of time on monitor modes, start between 5-10k delays, and adjust on proxy errors. I.e start on 5k, adjust to 6k if you observe errors.

    • For checkout tasks, 1-2k

• What is a Postal Code?

  • Your postcode for collection from stores, it will try to cart a stock at the nearest store to your postcode

• What is Pickup Radius?

  • The max distance in miles that bot will search for stores based on your postcode

• What is reset delay?

  • The time in milliseconds the bot will monitor the product again after it has detected stock. Recommend 3-5k

• What is a watch task?

  • Watch task is recommended when using monitor mode. The watch task will put the checkout task “to sleep”, and only when the monitor triggers stock, will the checkout task then attempt the checkout flow.

Ensure proxies are UK based, and ideally try and use ISP’s, especially for running over long periods of time - always recommended to test setup with an instock item.
