Whether you are setting up Stellar AIO 4.0 for the first time or troubleshooting a task, the Stellar team can help. Choose the option below that matches your question. If you are unsure where to start, open a Support Ticket and explain what you need.
Open a Discord support ticket
Use #open-ticket in the Stellar Discord for direct help from the team.
- Support Ticket: Help with Stellar setup, tasks, retailer modes, errors, harvesters, proxies within Stellar, or the Mobile Companion App.
- Admin Ticket: Help with billing, your Stellar license, membership access or other account-related issues.
How to open a ticket
- Open #open-ticket while signed in to the Discord account you use for Stellar.
- Select Support Ticket or Admin Ticket, depending on your issue.
- Follow the prompts shown in Discord and describe what you need help with.
- Keep related updates and replies in that ticket so the team can follow the issue.
If a channel link does not open, confirm that you are signed in to the correct Discord account and have joined the Stellar server. If your paid membership access is missing, use the Admin Ticket route if available. You can also open the Stellar Whop page while signed in to the account used for your purchase to check your membership.
What to include when asking for help
You do not need to know the cause of the problem. A clear description helps the team understand your setup and suggest the next step.
- Your goal: What you are trying to do, such as create a task, log in to a retailer or connect the mobile app.
- Where it happens: The retailer and task mode, or the Stellar tab or feature involved.
- Your setup: Stellar version, Windows or macOS, and whether Stellar is running locally or on a server. Mention the phone type if the issue involves the mobile app.
- The exact message: Copy the task status or error rather than only saying “it does not work.”
- When it happens: The step that triggers it and whether it affects one task or several.
- What you already tried: Include the relevant guide you followed and any changes you made.
- A useful screenshot: Show the relevant controls and error, with private information hidden.
Do not post passwords, license keys, API keys, full proxy credentials or payment details in public channels or screenshots. If support needs logs or account-specific information, follow the team’s instructions in your ticket. Send only the information requested.

Ask a quick question in Discord
Use #questions for general questions that do not require private account information. Stellar staff and experienced community members can help.
For example, you might ask where to find a retailer guide or what a task setting means. Use a ticket for an ongoing troubleshooting issue, billing question, license problem or anything requiring private details.
Join a free weekly group voice call
Stellar hosts free weekly group voice calls in Discord. You can ask live questions, get setup advice and learn from questions other members ask.
- Open the Stellar Discord server.
- Open its Events area and choose the next scheduled support call.
- Check the event’s date, time and joining instructions, then RSVP if you plan to attend.
Check the current event listing for the schedule rather than relying on an old invitation. Bring a specific question and have Stellar open if you want to follow along. Avoid showing private details when sharing your screen in a group call.
Book a 1-on-1 call with a Stellar expert
A 1-on-1 call gives you focused help with your own setup, troubleshooting or more advanced questions.
- Free calls: Available to paid members during special windows or promotions. Check the current offer for eligibility and availability.
- Paid calls: Available to book with a Stellar expert, subject to the appointment times shown.
Use the Calendly booking form or the Stellar Whop page to find the available booking options.
The Calendly form asks for your Discord username, region, retailers you need help with and preferred call length. Review the available appointment, time zone, price and any instructions shown before confirming a booking.
Before the call, open Stellar, prepare your main questions and have the relevant task setup or error ready to show. Hide private details before sharing your screen.
Useful checks while you wait
- Read the current guide for the retailer or feature involved. Setup can differ between modes and retailers.
- Note your Stellar version. If you need help updating, follow Update Stellar — Windows and Mac.
- Check that the intended profiles, proxy groups and accounts are selected in the affected task.
- For mobile connection issues, confirm that Stellar remains open on the paired computer or server and follow the Mobile Companion App guide.
You can ask for help before completing these checks. If you are unsure what to change, describe what you see and let the team guide you.
