Download & Install Stellar — Windows and Mac

Download the correct Stellar AIO 4.0 installer, install it on Windows or Mac, and activate it with your license key.

This guide helps you download, install and activate Stellar AIO 4.0 on a Windows PC or Mac. Have your Stellar license key ready before opening the app for the first time.

If Stellar 4.0 is already installed and you only need the latest version, follow Update Stellar — Windows and Mac.

Find the official download

1. Open the Stellar Discord server using the Discord account linked to your membership.
2. Go to #change-log.
3. Find the latest New Update Available desktop release post with Windows and Mac download links. Backend-only posts that say “Restart bot to update” do not contain the desktop installer.
4. Choose the download for the computer where you will run Stellar.

Can’t see #change-log? If you own a key, check your membership and claim Discord access using Manage Your Stellar Account & License. If you are renting Stellar and do not have channel access, ask the person you are renting from for the latest official download links.

Windows download and installation

1. In the release post, click Download Here under Windows.
2. Wait for the download to finish. The Windows installer is a file ending in .exe.
3. Open the downloaded installer from your browser’s downloads list or your computer’s Downloads folder.
4. Follow the installer’s prompts. Read any terms or permission requests shown before continuing.
5. When installation finishes, open Stellar AIO 4.0 if it does not open automatically. You can search for it in the Windows Start menu.
6. Activate the app with your license key using the steps below.

Downloading saves the installer to your computer. Opening and completing the installer is what installs Stellar.

Mac download and installation

1. Choose Apple Silicon or Intel

Open Apple menu → About This Mac and check the chip or processor shown.

• Apple chip, such as an M-series chip: Choose macOS (Apple Silicon). The filename may include arm64.
• Intel processor: Choose macOS (Intel). The filename may include x64.

If you use a Mac to connect to a Windows server, install the Windows version on the server. Choose based on the computer running Stellar, not the computer you use to control it.

2. Run the Mac installer

1. Click Download Here under the correct Mac option in #change-log.
2. Wait for the .pkg file to finish downloading.
3. Open that file from your browser’s downloads list or Finder → Downloads.
4. Follow the macOS installer’s prompts to complete installation. Read any terms and enter your Mac login password if the installer requests authorization.
5. Open Stellar AIO 4.0 from Applications, or search for it with Spotlight.
6. Activate the app with your license key using the steps below.

The current 4.0 Mac download uses a .pkg installer. The older WeTransfer and .dmg drag-to-Applications instructions do not apply to this download.

Activate Stellar with your license key

Your license key is the code that gives the desktop app access to your Stellar membership. It is separate from your Discord password and the retailer accounts you will later add inside Stellar.

1. Sign in to Stellar AIO on Whop using the account associated with your purchase.
2. Open License Key Management and copy your Stellar key.
3. Open Stellar AIO 4.0 and paste the key into its license-key field.
4. Follow the activation prompt and wait for Stellar to finish loading.

Keep your key private. Do not include it in screenshots or post it in public Discord channels. If you are renting, obtain the activation details from the person you are renting from.

If your key is already activated on another computer, see the reset instructions in Manage Your Stellar Account & License. A key reset releases the existing computer activation; it does not transfer your saved setup.

If installation or activation does not work

• Can’t find the downloaded file: Check your browser’s downloads list and your computer’s Downloads folder. Wait until the download is complete before opening it.
• Wrong Mac download: Check About This Mac and download the matching Apple Silicon or Intel installer.
• Mac blocks the app: Check that the file came from the official #change-log post. Apple’s guide for an app from an unknown developer explains these messages. If you are unsure what the warning means, send its exact wording to Stellar support.
• Windows or your browser blocks the file: Confirm that you used the official #change-log link, then ask support about the exact message if you are unsure how to proceed.
• License activation fails: Check that you copied the intended key without extra spaces and that you are using the membership associated with it. Use the account-management guide for key-reset help.

For installation errors, open a Support Ticket in #open-ticket. Include Windows or macOS, your Mac chip type if applicable, the installer version, the step that failed and the exact error. Hide private details in screenshots. For license or membership issues, choose an Admin Ticket.

After Stellar opens

Continue with Getting Started with StellarAIO to set up your profiles, proxies, accounts and first tasks. Installing and activating Stellar is the first step; follow the guide for your chosen retailer before starting tasks.

To control Stellar from your phone, download the iOS or Android Mobile Companion App through #mobile-app in Discord and follow the Mobile Companion App guide. Stellar must remain open on your computer or server while you use it.
