A Shape Harvester generates the cookies, also called headers, needed by supported retailer tasks. For Target, the current harvester produces cookies usable for both login and add-to-cart (ATC).
Create the harvester itself from Harvesters → Shape Harvesters. Use Settings → Shape when you need to configure its browser.
Default browser locations
The page has paths for Chrome, Edge, Opera, Brave, Chromium, and Aloha. Leave a path empty to let Stellar detect that browser in its default installation location.
If you use a browser installed somewhere else, click Browse beside that browser and choose its executable. Use Clear to remove an override and return to automatic detection. Do not change a path just because the field is empty.
Firefox and Safari setup
The page includes separate Firefox Setup and Safari Setup controls for those Shape browser options. Check the status shown in your app and complete the offered setup or update when you intend to use that browser. A Ready status means its setup is ready.
Only use browser options available on your operating system and supported by your task setup.
Add a custom Chromium browser
- Click Add Custom Browser.
- Enter a unique browser name that is different from the built-in browser names.
- Click Browse for that row and select the browser executable.
- Choose that name from the Browser dropdown when creating or editing your Shape Harvester.
Use the row's Delete button if you no longer need that custom entry. Deleting the entry is different from uninstalling the browser from your computer.
If a harvester browser will not launch
Confirm the browser is installed, the selected path is correct, and any required setup is ready. Then check your harvester's Browser selection. Follow the Target guide for the complete Shape Harvester workflow.
