Settings → Captcha connects Stellar to supported third-party captcha-solving services. A captcha is a challenge a website uses to check a visitor. Some task setups use an external service to solve supported challenges.

Do I need this?
Follow your retailer guide first. You do not need to create accounts with every provider or fill every field. Choose a service supported by your task setup.
Which setup do I need?
- Your retailer guide calls for a third-party captcha provider: connect that supported provider in Settings → Captcha, then follow the retailer’s task instructions. You do not need to fill every provider field.
- Your setup requires Captcha Harvesters: create and open them from Harvesters → Captcha Harvesters. For Pokémon Center AI autosolve, use hCaptcha AI Solver in the harvester. Entering a provider key here does not create or open a harvester.
- Your retailer setup uses AYCD AutoSolve: connect it in Settings → AYCD and complete the AYCD setup. AYCD Inbox is for email verification codes; it is not the captcha solver.
Use the current retailer guide to choose the required route. These are different tools, not three steps everyone must complete. Shape Harvesters create verification cookies for supported tasks and are also separate from captcha-solving services.
For browser-based captcha setup, read Set Up Captcha Harvesters
For AutoSolve connection steps, read AYCD Integration
Connect a provider
- Create or sign in to the provider's account.
- Copy its API key from its dashboard. An API key lets Stellar access that service on your behalf.
- Paste the key into the matching field in Settings → Captcha.
- Use Get Balance beside the field and make sure the account has funds for solving captchas.
- CapMonster: Create an account at CapMonster, copy the API key from its dashboard, and paste it into CapMonster Key.
- CapSolver: Create an account at CapSolver, copy the key from its dashboard, and use CapSolver Key.
- 2Captcha: Create an account at 2Captcha, copy the key from its dashboard, and use 2Captcha Key.
- AntiCaptcha: Create an account at AntiCaptcha, copy the key from its dashboard, and use Anticaptcha Key.
The page accepts CapMonster, CapSolver, AntiCaptcha, and 2Captcha. Poseidon is no longer supported in 4.0.
What a successful balance check tells you
If Get Balance returns a balance, Stellar was able to contact that provider and retrieve the balance using your key at that moment. This checks the account connection, not a complete captcha solve. A valid key and available funds do not prove that the provider supports the challenge your task needs, that a solve request was sent, or that the retailer will accept the result.
After connecting the provider, return to your task setup and follow the retailer guide for any captcha options. The controls and supported solving methods can differ by retailer and mode.
How this differs from Captcha Harvesters
A Captcha Harvester is a browser window managed from Stellar's Harvesters tab. It is a different setup from entering a third-party API key here.
For Pokémon Center's AI autosolve setup, use hCaptcha AI Solver in a Captcha Harvester and follow the retailer/harvester guide. There is no separate server-side AI option. Google Chrome is required for Captcha Harvesters.
AYCD AutoSolve is configured in Settings → AYCD, not in these provider fields.
A valid key and balance, but no solve
Start with the exact task status. A task waiting for stock, a queue, an email code or an SMS code is not necessarily waiting for a captcha. Identify the step it is actually waiting on before changing solver settings.
No captcha request appears to reach the solver
- Confirm the task is running in the intended retailer and mode and that the retailer guide calls for the solving method you configured. Saving an API key alone does not start a task or create a challenge.
- Check any captcha choice offered by that task. If it uses a Captcha Harvester or AYCD AutoSolve, a balance in a different provider account does not confirm that route is ready.
- For Captcha Harvesters, make sure Google Chrome is installed and the required harvester window is open. For Pokémon Center AI solving, wait for Ready and use Test AI as described in the harvester guide.
- For AYCD AutoSolve, check AutoSolve Connection, use Reconnect AutoSolve after changing the key, and check the AYCD setup. An Inbox API key does not configure AutoSolve.
The request reaches the provider, but fails or times out
- Read the exact error in the task and, where available, the provider’s dashboard or request history. Check whether the request was rejected, is still processing, or failed.
- Check that the provider supports the required challenge and retailer workflow. A service accepting your API key does not mean it supports every captcha type or site.
- Check available credit, provider availability and any account or usage limits reported by the service. Successful balance retrieval does not guarantee solving capacity or completion within the task’s waiting period.
- For a harvester connection issue, follow its proxy instructions: Pokémon Center uses the task’s proxy, while reCAPTCHA uses the proxy entered on the harvester. Do not treat this as a universal proxy rule for every external service.
- If a solution is returned but the task still fails, record the exact next task status. A returned solution does not by itself prove the retailer accepted it or that the rest of checkout succeeded. Follow the retailer guide before restarting or repeatedly retrying.

If you still need help
Contact Stellar support with the retailer, task mode, exact status/error, and solving method: external provider, Captcha Harvester or AYCD AutoSolve. Include whether Get Balance succeeds, whether a request appears at the provider, or whether the harvester/AutoSolve connection is ready. Share only the relevant error details with API keys and personal information hidden.
Keep your keys private
Do not post API keys in screenshots or public channels. Check the correct provider field, accidental spaces, key validity and balance if the connection fails. When requesting help, hide credentials and personal details.
