The Stellar AIO Mobile Companion App lets you manage Stellar from your iOS or Android phone. You can create, edit, start and stop tasks, check activity, and manage other parts of your setup while away from your computer.
Your computer or server runs the tasks. Keep Stellar open, the computer awake, and both your computer and phone connected to the internet. Installing the mobile app does not replace the desktop app.
1. Download and prepare
- Download the mobile app using the instructions in #mobile-app in the Stellar Discord.
- Update Stellar on your computer or server and finish your desktop setup first, including the profiles, proxies, accounts and harvesters your retailer requires.
- Open Stellar on the computer you want to control. If you use more than one computer, choose the one that contains the tasks you want to manage.
New to Stellar? Start with the Getting Started guide. This guide covers the mobile controls; use the relevant retailer guide for task modes and settings.
Get the latest mobile changes
Restart the mobile app to load the latest changes announced in #mobile-app. Close and reopen the phone app, then allow it to reconnect to your desktop. Keep Stellar running on the computer while using mobile control.
Update notifications now include release notes: a summary of what changed. Read them when an update notification appears, and check whether the notice refers to the phone app or the desktop app before following its instructions.
2. Pair your phone
Pairing connects your phone to a specific Stellar desktop installation.
- On your computer, open Settings → Remote Access and wait for the connection status to show Ready.
- Select Pair phone to display a pairing QR code.
- Open the mobile app and tap Scan a pairing code. Allow camera access if prompted, then scan the code on your computer.
- Wait for your desktop to appear online and your task groups to load.
Keep your pairing QR code private. It connects a phone to your Stellar setup.
Already paired? Open Settings → Paired Desktops to check the computer name and connection status. Active identifies the computer you are controlling. To add or switch computers, tap Add a desktop; on Your desktops, tap an existing desktop to switch or Scan a pairing code to add another. You do not need to scan again each time you open the app.
3. Find your way around
- Dashboard: an overview of your desktop activity and task totals.
- Tasks: browse retailer groups and create, edit, start or stop tasks.
- Activity: review recent events. Use All, Checkouts, Declines, In Stock or Updates to narrow the list.
- More: access Profiles, Accounts, Proxies, Harvesters, Tags and WebSockets.
- Settings: manage desktop settings, paired computers and this phone’s notification preferences.
Changes to tasks and desktop settings apply to the active computer. Check its name before making changes if you have multiple desktops paired.
4. Open or create a task group
A task group keeps tasks for a retailer together. Open Tasks, expand the retailer row, then tap the group you want to manage. You can also use Search to find a group.
To create a group, tap the + at the top of the main Tasks screen, choose the Site, enter a descriptive Group Name, and tap Create. Creating a group does not create or start tasks inside it.
5. Create tasks inside a group
- Open your task group and tap the + in its top bar.
- Choose the Mode recommended by the retailer guide. The fields change depending on the retailer and mode.
- Set Number of Tasks. This is how many copies of the task to create. Start with 1 while learning.
- Select the required profile, proxy group, account or region. A profile contains your checkout details; a retailer account is the login used by modes that require one.
- Enter the product information and quantity, then complete the remaining retailer-specific settings. Scroll down to review the full form before submitting it.
When the form is complete, scroll to the bottom and tap Create. Return to the group and confirm the new tasks appear before starting them.
Number of Tasks and Qty are different. Number of Tasks creates separate tasks; Qty is the number of units of a product requested by one task. Increasing both can increase how much your setup attempts to buy.
This Pokémon Center Guest example shows an Items section with Product, Qty and Add item. Other retailers may use different fields. Use the retailer guide for supported product formats, limits and recommended settings.
6. Start and stop tasks
Inside a group, each task row shows its current status and an individual start control. Idle means the task is not running.
- One task: use the control on that task’s row.
- The current group: use Start All or Stop All above the task list.
Check the group name, product quantities and profiles before starting. Checkout tasks can attempt real purchases. After an action, confirm that the task statuses and running count update.
Read the Shape cookie counter
For task groups that use Shape, such as Target, the task page now includes a Cookies counter. Shape cookies, also called headers, are temporary browser-generated data used by supported tasks. The counter helps you check the cookie supply from the connected desktop without leaving the task page.
The Target task group shows a Cookies counter above the task list.
Cookies are separate from your number of tasks, carts, or checkouts. A value of 0 means no cookies are currently shown in the counter. Check the relevant Shape Harvesters setup and retailer guide; starting more checkout tasks does not create cookies by itself.
Sort tasks by queue time
Open a supported task group, tap Sort above the task list, and select Queue to sort tasks by time remaining in queue. The option is available in the Pokémon Center group. Other groups may show different sort options.
In a supported group, open Sort and choose Queue.
Sorting changes how you view the task list; it does not move a task ahead in a retailer’s queue or guarantee a checkout.
7. Edit a task or check its logs
- Open the task group and tap the three-dot menu on the task’s row.
- Tap Edit, change the required fields, then scroll to the bottom and tap Save.
- Return to the task list and check your changes.
The same task menu includes Task Logs, which shows messages useful for understanding what the task is doing or diagnosing an error. It also contains Restart, Duplicate and Delete.
The separate three-dot menu beside Start All / Stop All contains group actions such as Edit All. Check the group and intended scope before using a bulk action. Follow the retailer guide before editing running tasks; live-edit behavior can depend on the module.
8. Profiles, accounts and harvesters
Open More to find:
- Profiles: shipping, billing and checkout details.
- Accounts: retailer logins.
- Proxies: manage proxy groups, add proxies, and test or shuffle a group.
- Harvesters: Captcha and Shape harvester controls.
- Tags: tag groups and products.
- WebSockets: realtime connections used by supported integrations.
You do not need to configure every tool. Prepare only what your retailer requires. For example, Pokémon Center uses Captcha Harvesters and hCaptcha AI Solver, while Target uses Shape Harvesters. Follow the current retailer guide for setup and testing.
More now includes Proxies alongside Profiles, Accounts, Harvesters, Tags and WebSockets.
Manage proxies from your phone
Open More → Proxies. These groups belong to the active desktop you are controlling. Check that you are connected to the intended computer before editing a list.
- Open an existing group. Use Search groups to find it, or the + on the Proxies page to begin creating a group.
- Inside a group, tap + to open Add Proxies. Paste one proxy per line in IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD format, including all four parts from your provider.
- Use Append when adding proxies to those already in the group. Use Replace only when the pasted list should become the group’s complete list; entries left out are removed. Review the choice before saving.
- Select a Test site or URL, then use Test All. Review All, Working, Failed and Untested to narrow the results. Stop stops the proxy test.
Mobile proxy group controls. This empty example hides real proxy details.
The three-dot group menu includes Shuffle and Test Failed Only, along with sharing and deletion actions. A successful proxy test is a connection check for the selected test site; it does not guarantee a checkout. Keep proxy usernames and passwords private and avoid showing them in screenshots.
Adding a proxy group does not select it for every task. Choose the appropriate proxy group in the task’s proxy field, following the retailer guide.
9. Set up phone notifications
These switches control notifications from the Stellar Mobile Companion App on this phone. They do not configure Discord webhook messages or Discord’s phone notification settings. You do not need a Discord webhook or Pushover key just to set up these companion-app notification switches.
If you also want messages in a Discord channel, follow Discord Notifications
Open Settings and scroll to This Phone → Notifications. Enable the alerts you want, and allow notifications for Stellar in your phone’s system settings if prompted.
- Successful checkouts: when the desktop records a checkout, including cart-mode wins. Read the event and task mode to understand the result.
- Payment declines: when a checkout is declined.
- In stock: when a monitor task finds stock.
- Desktop updates: when an update is ready to install.
- Engine crashes: when the desktop engine stops and needs attention.
- 3D Secure: when a checkout needs a bank check on the desktop.
- Desktop disconnected: when Stellar closes or loses its connection.
Use Activity to review recent events and filter by event type. An in-stock alert is a stock notification, not an order confirmation.
Troubleshooting
Desktop offline or disconnected: confirm Stellar is open on the paired computer, the computer is awake, and both devices have internet access. Check Settings → Remote Access on desktop for Ready, then return to the mobile app and wait for it to reconnect.
Tasks or groups are missing: check which desktop is Active, then expand the retailer in Tasks. Groups belong to the connected desktop, so another computer can show a different setup.
An action does not appear to work: check the connection and current task status before tapping again. After reconnecting, confirm whether the action already applied so you do not accidentally create duplicate tasks.
No phone alerts: check the toggles under This Phone, the phone’s notification permission for Stellar, and Focus / Do Not Disturb settings. Also confirm that the desktop is connected.
A task reports an error: open its three-dot menu → Task Logs and check the retailer guide. Contact Stellar support in Discord with the retailer, task mode, exact status or error, and whether the same issue appears on desktop. Hide personal information before sharing screenshots.
Before you leave your computer
- Keep Stellar open and the computer or server awake and online.
- Confirm the correct desktop is active on your phone and that its tasks load.
- Review products, quantities, profiles and retailer-specific preparation.
- Enable the alerts you need, especially desktop disconnections and checkout issues.
