Hamleys Task Overview

Guest Mode (Does not work on Pokémon products)

Monitor Mode

  • What mode do I use?

    • Account Mode

      • Recommended for Pokémon products and most high-demand releases.

    • Guest Mode

      • Suitable for general products that do not require an account.

    • Monitor Mode

      • Used solely for monitoring stock changes and triggering Watch Tasks.

  • What does Profile Mean?

    • Select the profile you want to use for checkout. The billing, shipping, and payment information saved within that profile will be used during checkout.

  • What type of Proxies shall i use?

    • High-quality residential proxies are recommended for both monitoring and checkout.

Always test your setup on an in-stock product before a release.

  • How do I find the product SKU?

    • Your cook group will usually provide the SKU.

      • Alternatively, it can be found on the product page, typically displayed on the right-hand side.

  • What is QTY?

    • The number of units you want to purchase in a single order.

  • What is Captcha Provider?

    • Select the captcha-solving service that Stellar should use for your tasks.

    • Recommended: CAPSOLVER

      • Before running tasks:

        • Add your CAPSOLVER API key under Captchas

        • Ensure your balance is topped up.

    • What is Delay?

      • The time, in milliseconds, before a task retries after encountering an error.

        • Recommended starting point: 3333ms

          • Adjust as needed based on:

            • Proxy quality

            • Site performance

            • Error frequency

  • What is Monitoring Delay?

    • The interval, in milliseconds, between stock checks.

    • Recommended starting point: 5000ms

      • Adjust as required depending on proxy quality and monitoring needs.

  • What is Reset Delay?

    • The time, in milliseconds, before monitoring resumes after stock has been detected.

      • Recommended starting point: 5000ms

        • Adjust as required depending on proxy quality and monitoring needs.

  • What is Session?

    • A Session refers to the Hamleys account assigned to the task.

      You can either:

      • Match the session email to the profile email

      • Leave the Session field blank and allow Stellar to auto-match

      Example:

      Profile: stellar@stellar.com Session: stellar@stellar.com

  • What is a watch task?

    • When enabled, a task remains idle until a Monitor Task detects stock.

    • Once stock is found, the task automatically wakes up and begins attempting checkout.

    • This can help reduce unnecessary proxy usage while waiting for a release.

Important notes:

  • You do not need to run Monitor Mode if you already know when a drop is expected to occur.

  • Account Mode should be used for all Pokémon-related products.

  • High-quality residential proxies are strongly recommended.

  • It is recommended to pre-run tasks so they complete the sign-in process before a drop and remain logged in.

  • Pre-running tasks will consume proxy bandwidth, so choose your provider accordingly.

  • Use a 1:1 ratio of profiles to addresses, as duplicate information may result in order cancellations.

  • Certain Hamleys SKUs may consistently return proxy ban errors before stock is available. This is normal and can usually be ignored. Once the item goes live, the bans will typically clear automatically.
