Choose SamsClub when creating a task group in Stellar 4.0. This module uses Sam’s Club accounts with active paid memberships. For a basic restock setup, use a Monitor task to detect stock and a Normal task with Watch Task enabled to attempt checkout.
Video Guide
This video shows an older Stellar interface. Use the written steps and screenshots below for the current 4.0 controls.
Quick Start: Recommended Setup
- Prepare a paid Sam’s Club account, matching profile and working email-code access.
- Save the account under Accounts → SamsClub and select the configured OTP Input method.
- Prepare separate monitor and checkout proxies. Create monitor and normal tasks for the intended product.
- Enable Watch Task for a standard restock and use one active Normal task per account.
- For timed offers, follow the Offer ID instructions below. Start early enough to finish login and verification, then monitor the release.
Preliminary Checklist
- Update Stellar and check the latest Sam’s Club release instructions.
- Prepare one Sam’s Club account with an active paid membership for each checkout task. Use strictly one active checkout task per account.
- Confirm the account’s address and payment details, then create a matching Stellar profile with accurate billing, shipping and payment information.
- Prepare tested proxy groups. Sam’s Club tasks require proxies; localhost is not supported.
- Have the correct product URL, variant information, quantity limit and any Offer ID required for the release.
- Prepare verification early so you are not troubleshooting email access just before the drop.
Test before an important release. Reaching a healthy waiting-for-monitor status can help confirm login readiness, but a running checkout task can place an order. If testing with an in-stock product, use one you intend to buy.
Use high-quality ISP and residential proxies that work with Sam’s Club’s PX protection. ISP proxies have been used for monitoring and login; residential proxies are the existing recommendation for many checkout tasks. Test both rather than assuming a provider will work on every release.
Keep separate monitor and checkout groups where practical, and avoid putting every task on one provider or pool. Both current task forms mark their proxy field as required.
Copy the complete Sam’s Club product URL from the site or use a current release link. The earlier guide’s product URL example is:
https://www.samsclub.com/p/pokemon-crown-zenith-sea-sky-premium-collection/P990345457
Some variants share a base URL but use a different itemNumber. These retained examples show the format; verify the current identifiers before a release.
Base product
https://www.samsclub.com/ip/pokemon-elite-trainer-box-poke-ball/P990425183
Poké Ball variant
https://www.samsclub.com/ip/pokemon-elite-trainer-box-poke-ball/P990425183?itemNumber=990396777
Moon Ball variant
https://www.samsclub.com/ip/pokemon-elite-trainer-box-poke-ball/P990425183?itemNumber=990418051
Use the base URL only if you are willing to accept the available variant and the release instructions permit it. Include the correct itemNumber when a specific variant matters. These are examples, not current product recommendations.
Accounts & Sessions
Add your Sam’s Club account
- Open Accounts and select SamsClub. Choose an account group.
- Click Add Account. Enter an optional Account Name, the Account Email and Account Password, then click Save.
- Choose that saved account in the Normal task’s Account field. Older guides called this a Session.
- Start the appropriate task ahead of the release to complete login and verification, then check its status. Saving an account by itself does not mean it has logged in.
Mass Import Accounts accepts one account per line in this format:
email;password
Saved login sessions may remain valid for an extended period, but can expire or be invalidated. Prepare early and check readiness before every important drop rather than assuming a previously saved session still works.
Email verification: IMAP, Manual or AYCD
The 4.0 task uses OTP Input instead of the old IMAP Session field. OTP is a one-time login or verification code. Choose a method you have prepared:
- IMAP: Stellar reads supported verification emails through your configured mailbox connection. Set the Sam’s Club account’s preferred verification method to email. IMAP cannot retrieve SMS messages.
- Manual: retrieve the requested code and enter it when Stellar prompts you. This is the alternative when you are not using automatic email retrieval.
- AYCD: use your configured AYCD verification setup.
IMAP is optional, but any verification the account requests still needs to be completed. Choosing IMAP in a task does not create a mailbox connection. Use the IMAP tab to prepare the correct inbox first.
OTP Input is for email verification. The module handles its PX protection internally; if a task is stuck at Solving PX (HC) or Initializing PX, use the troubleshooting instructions below.
Supported Modes
- monitor: Checks availability and signals the matching Normal tasks.
- normal: Logs in and attempts checkout using the assigned account and profile.
Monitor Mode Breakdown
Open Tasks, select a SamsClub group and click Create Task. Choose monitor.
Name
Optional label to help you recognize this task. Use the product, account or purpose rather than leaving many tasks indistinguishable.
Mode
Select the mode named in this breakdown. Changing the mode changes the available fields and what the task does.
Monitor Proxy
select a tested group.
Product URL
paste the exact product URL, including itemNumber when a specific variant is required.
Monitoring Delay
the form starts at 3000 ms. Around 3000–5000 ms is the existing starting range.
Reset Delay
around 5000 ms is the earlier recommendation, unless current release instructions give another value.
Start Time and End Time
optional scheduling controls. Leave blank if operating manually.
Qty at the bottom
monitor copies. Start with roughly one Monitor per product.
Click Create. A Monitor detects stock and sends a signal to matching Normal tasks with Watch Task enabled; it does not purchase the item. The current form does not require a Profile or Account and does not have an API/Cart method selector.
Normal Mode Breakdown
Click Create Task in your SamsClub group and choose normal.
Name
Optional label to help you recognize this task. Use the product, account or purpose rather than leaving many tasks indistinguishable.
Mode
Select the mode named in this breakdown. Changing the mode changes the available fields and what the task does.
Profile
choose the matching checkout profile.
Checkout Proxy
select your tested checkout proxy group.
Product URL
use the exact product URL. For the basic Monitor + Normal setup, keep it consistent with the Monitor.
Offer ID
leave blank for the initial basic setup unless current instructions say otherwise. See the advanced Offer ID walkthrough below.
Product Quantity
units to request in the order. Follow the product limit; Stellar does not automatically correct an excessive quantity.
Account
select the Sam’s Club account to use. Keep only one active checkout task on each account.
OTP Input
choose IMAP, Manual or AYCD for any requested verification.
Delay
the app starts at 3000 ms. Use the existing 3000–5000 ms starting range and newer release instructions; do not lower it aggressively just to chase speed.
Watch Task?
enable for the Monitor + Normal setup. Off allows the checkout task to check and attempt the product independently.
Endless Mode
leave off unless you intentionally want further orders after a successful checkout. If enabled, use Endless Limit to cap successful orders and respect retailer limits.
Use Rakuten?
optional. Configure Rakuten first and follow its guide before enabling.
Start Time and End Time
optional.
Qty at the bottom
checkout-task copies. Keep it at 1 for each account to avoid duplicate active tasks on the same account.
Click Create after reviewing the fields. The current Normal form no longer shows the older Login Method or Skip Cart Clear controls. Do not look for those switches in the 4.0 walkthrough.
FAQ & Release Preparation
Basic restock walkthrough
- Create a Monitor task for the product URL.
- Create a Normal task with the same URL, the intended profile and account, a working proxy group and Watch Task enabled. Leave Offer ID blank for this basic setup.
- Start the tasks and complete any login verification. Confirm Normal reaches its waiting-for-monitor status.
- Keep the Monitor running for stock detection. A monitor signal starts the checkout attempt; it does not reserve inventory.
- Watch task results and order confirmations. Stop purchase attempts you no longer need after obtaining the intended order.
Scheduled releases and Offer IDs
Use this advanced flow only when current release instructions supply an Offer ID and call for live editing. An Offer ID identifies a specific purchasable offer; it is different from the product URL or variant itemNumber.
- Prepare Normal tasks roughly 30–60 minutes before the scheduled release, with Watch Task enabled and Offer ID initially blank, when current staff instructions recommend that timing.
- Confirm login succeeds and each Normal task reaches its waiting status.
- Start roughly one Monitor per product around 10–15 seconds before the release when instructed.
- Around 5–10 seconds before release, live edit the intended task or selected tasks and add the supplied Offer ID when instructed.
- Save the edit. The existing flow applies the Offer ID live without requiring a restart. Watch the task and current announcements through additional stock waves.
An entered Offer ID takes priority over the Product URL and repeatedly attempts to add that offer to cart. Do not paste an unverified or old Offer ID. Check which rows are selected before using bulk edit so you do not change unrelated tasks.
Multiple offers in one task
The current Offer ID field help confirms comma-separated multicart. For example:
OID1,OID2
Replace these placeholders with the real Offer IDs. The task focuses on those offers rather than the Product URL. If one offer is unavailable, it may produce an add-to-cart error without identifying which offer failed. Follow the release limits and do not use multicart unless you intend to purchase all listed products.
How does Endless Limit work?
With Endless Mode off, a successful checkout stops the task. With Endless Mode on, it can attempt further orders. Endless Limit caps successful orders; for example, 3 means stop after three successes. Leave Endless Mode off unless you deliberately want repeat purchases.
Common Errors and Fixes
Waiting for Monitor
This is expected while waiting for stock. Confirm the matching Monitor is running with the correct Product URL and that Watch Task is enabled on Normal. For a scheduled Offer ID flow, follow the current live-edit timing rather than adding an ID early without instructions.
Login or verification problems
Check the account credentials, active membership, selected Account and OTP Input. For IMAP, confirm email is the preferred verification route and the correct mailbox is connected. IMAP cannot read SMS codes. Avoid multiple active checkout tasks on the same account.
456 responses
A 456 on an out-of-stock product before release can occur during normal waiting, while a busy release can also expose site, account or proxy problems. Read the surrounding status and current announcements instead of assuming every 456 has one cause. Let progressing tasks continue; do not restart every task at the first error.
Token refresh error or a persistently broken saved session
If current guidance calls for it, use Clear Cookies for the affected account, then rerun the task to log in and save a new session. This removes the saved login session, not the account’s email and password. Be ready to complete verification again; do not clear healthy accounts unnecessarily.
Getting Product: status 404
Check the full product link and any variant itemNumber. Confirm it is still the correct release URL rather than an old or malformed link.
Stuck at Solving PX (HC) or Initializing PX
PX is part of the site’s anti-bot protection. Test a different proxy pool and check current Sam’s Club announcements. If the account itself cannot log in, troubleshoot that separately. Resetting a password is not a universal fix for a proxy-related error.
