Quick Start — Recommended Setup

1. Create a JDWilliams task group in Tasks and click Create Task.
2. Choose normal, select a profile and a high-quality UK checkout proxy group, and enter the product SKU. Start with product Qty 1 and Delay 3000 ms.
3. Leave Account empty for guest checkout, or select a saved JDWilliams account for account checkout. Choose how to receive one-time codes in OTP Input.
4. For a standalone task, leave Watch Task off. For monitored restocks, create a monitor task for the same SKU and enable Watch Task on the Normal task.
5. Set the bottom Qty to the number of task rows you want, then click Create. Review the setup before starting; Normal can place an order when stock is available.

Preliminary Checklist

Prepare your profiles with accurate billing, shipping and payment information.

Use high-quality UK ISP or UK residential proxies. Try reliable ISPs first; if requests are blocked or unreliable, compare with a residential group. Low-quality or flagged proxies can cause anti-bot errors.

Your cook group can help with SKUs, release timing and product purchase limits. This is optional, but useful when you are learning.

If using account checkout, save the account in Accounts before creating the task. Make sure you can access the mailbox used for verification codes.

Accounts & Sessions

Leave Account empty to use guest checkout. To use account checkout, open Accounts, choose or create a JDWilliams account group, add your email and password, then select that account in the task.

Adding an account saves its credentials. The checkout task uses them to log in and save a session. If you clear its cookies, the saved login session is removed and the task must log in again.

One-Time Codes — OTP Input

OTP means one-time password: a temporary verification code. The OTP Input field controls how Stellar receives a code when verification is requested.

• IMAP: Stellar checks all connected IMAP sessions. Connect the mailbox that receives the code in the IMAP tab.
• AYCD: uses AYCD Inbox. Configure your AYCD connection before selecting this option.
• Manual: opens the OTP window so you can enter the code yourself. Google Chrome must be installed; keep the manual-entry harvester setup ready.

Supported Modes

• normal: adds the chosen product to cart and attempts checkout. With Watch Task off, it also checks for the product itself.
• monitor: checks product availability and signals matching Normal Watch Tasks. It does not checkout by itself.

Normal Mode

Use Normal to attempt checkout. The current 4.0 form is shown below.

• Name: optional task label.
• Mode: choose normal.
• Profile: select the billing, shipping and payment profile to use.
• Checkout Proxy: select your UK proxy group.
• SKU: enter the product code, such as TR784, rather than the full product URL.
• Account: select a saved JDWilliams account, or leave it empty for guest checkout.
• OTP Input: choose IMAP, Manual or AYCD for verification codes. See the setup explanation above.
• Delay: time before retrying after an error, in milliseconds. The default is 3000 ms, or 3 seconds.
• Qty in the main form: the number of units to attempt per order. Start with 1 and stay within the product limit.
• Start Time and End Time: optional scheduling controls. Leave them blank to manage starting and stopping yourself.
• Watch Task?: enable it to wait for a matching Monitor task’s stock signal. Leave it off to let Normal check stock and attempt checkout on its own.
• Qty at the bottom: the number of task rows to create, separate from product quantity.

Monitor Mode

Use Monitor to check stock for your Normal Watch Tasks.

• Name: optional task label.
• Mode: choose monitor.
• Monitor Proxy: select your UK monitoring proxy group.
• SKU: use the identical product code entered in the Normal task.
• Monitoring Delay: time between stock checks, in milliseconds. The current default is 3000 ms; the existing guide’s starting recommendation for monitoring was around 6000 ms. Adjust for proxy quality and the number of tasks.
• Reset Delay: time before the monitor restarts after detecting that a SKU is in stock. The field is optional and initially blank; the existing guide recommended 10000 ms or less when setting a value.
• Start Time and End Time: optional scheduling controls.
• Qty at the bottom: the number of Monitor task rows to create.

Example: Monitor + Normal Watch Task

1. Create a monitor task for TR784, using your monitoring proxy group.
2. Create a normal task for TR784 with a profile, checkout proxy group, product Qty and verification method. Enable Watch Task.
3. Start both tasks. Normal waits for the matching stock signal, then attempts to add to cart and checkout.
4. Create at least one Monitor task for each different product you want your Watch Tasks to follow.

Watch Tasks reduce repeated checkout-side stock checks while waiting, which can reduce proxy use. They do not guarantee that proxies will avoid blocks. Monitor tasks still use their assigned proxies.

FAQ

Where do I find the SKU?

The code at the end of the product URL is the SKU. For example, https://www.jdwilliams.co.uk/shop/p/TR784 uses SKU TR784. Each product has its own code.

How many products should I try per order?

Start with 1. Increase it only if the listing permits more; check the product’s purchase limit or ask your cook group. Product Qty and the bottom task-creation Qty are different settings.

Which delay should I use?

Normal defaults to 3000 ms, matching the existing checkout recommendation. Monitor also now defaults to 3000 ms, while the earlier guide recommended experimenting around 6000 ms for monitoring and 10000 ms or less for Reset Delay. These are starting points; review errors and proxy quality instead of assuming a faster setting is always better.

Do I need a separate Monitor task?

Only if you enable Watch Task on Normal. With Watch Task off, Normal checks the SKU itself, then adds to cart and attempts checkout.

Common Errors & Troubleshooting

Blocked requests or anti-bot errors

Check your assigned UK proxy group and compare with another reliable provider or residential group. Review the delays and current staff announcements. If several setups fail, send support the exact status and setup details rather than assuming there is one universal proxy fix.

Waiting for a monitor signal

Make sure the Monitor task is running for the identical SKU. If you intended to run Normal alone, turn Watch Task off.

Waiting for a code

Check the selected OTP Input method and whether the code reached the correct mailbox. For IMAP, confirm the receiving mailbox is connected; for AYCD, check AYCD Inbox. For Manual, look for the OTP window and keep Google Chrome available.

Login or checkout fails

Check the saved account credentials if using an account. Recheck the profile, product SKU, stock and allowed quantity. Capture the exact error and contact support if it persists. A stock signal does not guarantee checkout.
