Create Kohls Monitor and Guest tasks using matching URLs and SKUs in Stellar 4.0.

Choose Kohls when creating a task group in Stellar 4.0. This module uses Guest checkout with your profile details. A Monitor task checks stock, and a Guest task with Watch Task enabled attempts checkout when the matching product is detected.

Quick Start: Recommended Setup

1. Prepare a valid profile and tested proxies. No saved account is needed for Guest mode.
2. Get both the product URL and its numeric SKU after prd- in the URL.
3. Create monitor and guest tasks using that same URL and SKU.
4. Enable Watch Task on guest, review quantity and delays, and leave optional cashback or discount settings off unless configured.
5. Start both tasks when ready to purchase.

Preliminary Checklist

• Save a profile with your billing, shipping, contact and payment details.
• Prepare Monitor and Checkout Proxy groups. ISP proxies are recommended as a starting point; residential proxies can also work. Test your own setup and increase delays if proxies are being flagged.
• Find the product URL and SKU, and check current release instructions and purchase limits.

URL is the full product-page link. SKU is the product’s numeric identifier. Both fields are required in Kohls tasks; do not put the full URL into SKU or leave one blank.

For the existing product example below, the number after prd- is 5154798. Enter the full link in URL and 5154798 in SKU. Remove accidental spaces when pasting. This is a format example, not a current release recommendation.

Accounts & Sessions

Guest mode uses your profile information. No saved Kohls account or login session is required for this workflow.

Supported Modes

• monitor: Checks the product and notifies matching Guest tasks.
• guest: Attempts checkout using the selected profile without a saved account.

Monitor Mode Breakdown

1. Open a Kohls task group and choose Create Task → monitor.
2. Choose a Monitor Proxy group.
3. Enter the product URL and its matching SKU.
4. Set Monitoring Delay and Reset Delay, then create the task. The Monitor form does not require a checkout Profile.

A practical starting point from the existing guide is 4000 ms for Monitoring Delay and around 5000 ms for Reset Delay. The current form defaults Monitoring Delay to 3000 ms. A 4000 ms delay means four seconds between checks; Reset Delay is the pause before monitoring resumes after detecting stock. Increase delays if your setup is being blocked.

Name

Optional label to help you recognize this task. Use the product, account or purpose rather than leaving many tasks indistinguishable.

Mode

Select the mode named in this breakdown. Changing the mode changes the available fields and what the task does.

Start Time and End Time

Optional scheduling controls. Leave blank for manual timing. A scheduled task must still be started in Stellar; entering a start time does not start a stopped task.

Task Qty

The Qty at the bottom creates that many copies of the task. Use 1 while learning and check account limits before creating duplicates.

Monitor Proxy

Choose the tested proxy group used to check stock. Keep its requests and data use within the capacity of the proxy pool.

URL

Full product-page link, without extra spaces.

SKU

The numeric product ID after prd- in the URL. Enter the SKU matching the URL.

Monitoring Delay

Start around 4000 ms (four seconds), increasing if proxies are blocked. The form default is 3000 ms.

Reset Delay

Around 5000 ms is the existing starting recommendation.

Guest Mode Breakdown

The image shows the available fields, not a completed setup. Choose your profile and proxies, enter the intended product, and apply the settings below before creating tasks.

1. Choose Create Task → guest.
2. Choose your Profile and Checkout Proxy group. No saved Kohls account is needed for this guest flow.
3. Enter the same URL and SKU as your Monitor task.
4. Set product Qty to 1 initially and choose Delay. Follow current release guidance if a different delay is recommended.
5. Enable Watch Task to use your Monitor’s stock signal. Add a valid Discount code only if you have one.
6. Review any cashback or scheduling options and create the task. Start both tasks when you are ready to attempt a real purchase.

Example: your Monitor checks SKU 5154798 using its product URL. A Guest task with that same URL and SKU, your profile and Watch Task enabled waits for the matching stock signal, then attempts checkout. Monitor detects stock; Guest performs the purchase.

URL

Use the same full product URL as the matching Monitor.

SKU

Use the same numeric SKU as the Monitor.

Qty

Units requested in one order. Begin with 1 and respect the product’s purchase limit. This is separate from the task-copy Qty at the bottom.

Min Checkout Qty

Optional minimum number of units you are willing to check out. If fewer units are carted, Stellar keeps the cart and waits for restocks. Leave this empty to allow checkout with any amount. This differs from Qty, which is the number of units requested. For example, Qty 4 with Min Checkout Qty 3 requests four but waits unless at least three are carted. Respect the retailer’s purchase limit.

Enforce Free Shipping Minimum

Enable this if you want Stellar to check that the cart qualifies for free shipping before checkout. The developer’s October 29 guidance uses a $49+ threshold. If the cart does not qualify, the task returns to monitoring. When this switch is enabled, the separate Min Checkout Qty field is hidden; choose the restriction that fits your setup.

Leave it off if you are willing to pay shipping. Stock can change after the check, so items going out of stock may still result in a shipping charge. This reduces that risk but does not guarantee free shipping. Review the final order confirmation.

Delay

The current form starts at 3000 ms. Follow the current release recommendation.

Discount

Optional valid coupon code. Leave blank if you do not have one.

Watch Task

Enable to wait for a matching running Monitor rather than have the checkout task monitor on its own. Product and fulfillment settings must match. A waiting status is normal until stock is detected.

Use Rakuten? / Use TopCashback?

Enable only after configuring the selected cashback service. Check purchase eligibility.

FAQ & Release Preparation

Quantities, cashback and scheduling

Product Qty is the number of units you request per order. Check the listing or your cook group for purchase limits. The quantity can automatically adjust during checkout, so requesting 4 units can result in an order for fewer units. Use Min Checkout Qty to require a minimum cart quantity, or Enforce Free Shipping Minimum to check shipping eligibility before checkout. Review the actual order confirmation, quantity and shipping charge; the requested Qty is not a guarantee.

• The Qty at the bottom controls how many tasks are created. Keep it at 1 for a first setup.
• Discount accepts a valid coupon code. Leave it empty if you are not using a coupon.
• Use Rakuten? and Use TopCashback? should only be enabled after configuring the matching service. Check purchase eligibility; cashback is not guaranteed.
• Start Time and End Time are optional. Leave blank if you will start and stop tasks manually.

Common Errors and Fixes

• Waiting for stock: confirm the Monitor is running, Watch Task is enabled on Guest, and both URL and SKU match between the two tasks.
• Wrong product or invalid SKU: compare the numeric ID after prd- in the product URL with the SKU field.
• Quantity error or fewer units ordered: follow the product’s purchase limit. Quantity can automatically adjust during checkout. Check the actual order confirmation before retrying so you do not accidentally place another order.
• Proxy bans or repeated request errors: check proxy validity and try another tested proxy pool. The developers recommend testing a pool from another region when Kohl’s is strictly blocking the current pool. This is a proxy troubleshooting step; keep your actual checkout address and order details accurate. Increase delays when appropriate rather than repeatedly lowering them. If an affected task stays in the same error loop after you address the cause, stop and restart that task. Restarting does not guarantee that a site-side problem is fixed. If the loop returns, send support the exact status and logs.
• Checkout error: review your profile and coupon, and check whether the product has sold out. Do not assume every address-validation or payment error is a proxy ban. Keep Stellar updated, record the exact error, and check current release notes or ask support if it persists.
• Testing a Guest task against an available product may place a real order. Test only with an item you intend to purchase.
