Complete guide on our Crocs module

The Crocs module uses guest checkout with the contact, shipping and payment details in your Stellar profile. It has Guest and Monitor modes. For a simple starting setup, run Guest tasks directly with Watch Task off; developers have confirmed a separate Monitor task is not required for that setup.

Quick Start (Recommended Setup)

1. Update Stellar before the release and prepare your profile and proxies.
2. Create a Crocs task group, click Create Task and choose guest.
3. Select your Profile and Checkout Proxy group, then paste the full product URL.
4. Choose the exact size label for the product. For Crocs sizing, use labels such as M4W6 when that is how the website identifies the size.
5. Enter the color exactly as written on the website. Leaving Color blank allows a random color, so fill it in if you only want one color.
6. Start with Product Quantity 1 and leave Watch Task off for direct checkout. The current form defaults to a 3000 ms delay; the existing guide also recommends experimenting with 4000–6000 ms depending on proxy performance.
7. Leave optional cashback and scheduling settings off or blank unless you have configured them. Keep the bottom Qty at 1 for your first task, click Create, then start it when you are ready to buy.

Preliminary Checklist

Create and save your checkout profiles in the Profiles tab. Review your billing address, shipping address, contact details and payment information.

Prepare ISP and/or residential proxy groups in the Proxies tab. The existing guide recommends a mix rather than relying on one provider; Stella Proxies is one available option.

The existing Stella Proxies setup link is also available when preparing those proxy groups.

Have the product URL, exact color and acceptable sizes ready. Only select sizes you are willing to purchase. A size appearing in Stellar’s menu does not mean that size exists or is in stock for every product.

Supported Modes

• guest — checks the product and attempts guest checkout using your profile. With Watch Task off, it runs independently.
• monitor — checks for stock and notifies Guest tasks with Watch Task enabled. It does not check out. This is optional when using the direct Guest setup above.

Guest Mode — Checkout

Click Create Task in your Crocs group and choose guest. The example below uses M4W6 to show a Crocs-specific size label.

• Name: add a recognizable task label.
• Mode: select guest.
• Profile: choose the checkout profile. There is no saved retailer-account requirement for this mode.
• Checkout Proxy: choose the proxy group used by the checkout task.
• Product URL: paste the complete Crocs product link, not just its item number.
• Size: select one or more acceptable sizes from the dropdown. Options include Random, numeric sizes, Crocs labels such as M2W4 or M4W6, and other size formats. Match the product’s actual sizing rather than assuming a plain number means women’s sizing. Use Random only if any available size is acceptable.
• Product Quantity: number of pairs to buy in an order. Start with 1 and respect the product’s purchase limit.
• Color: copy the website’s color name exactly, such as Powder Blue. Blank selects a random color.
• Discount: optional discount code. Leave blank when you do not have a valid code for the product.
• Delay: milliseconds between task requests. The current default is 3000 ms (3 seconds); 4000–6000 ms remains a useful range to test if your setup needs a slower interval. Adjust for proxy quality and current release guidance.
• Watch Task?: off for direct Guest checkout. Enable only if you intend this task to wait for a matching running Monitor task.
• Use Rakuten? / Use TopCashback?: optional cashback settings. Configure the service first and check purchase eligibility; cashback is not guaranteed.
• Start Time / End Time: optional task scheduling. Leave blank for manual control.
• Bottom Qty: number of tasks to create, separate from Product Quantity. Click Create after reviewing the form.

For Rakuten setup, follow the existing Cashback guide — Rakuten setup. Enable it only when you intend to use that service.

For TopCashback setup, follow the existing TopCashBack guide. Follow the guide’s claim instructions after an eligible order.

Monitor Mode — Optional Stock Monitoring

If you choose a Monitor + Guest setup for restocks, create a monitor task and enable Watch Task on the matching Guest task. For direct Guest checkout, skip this extra task.

• Name: choose a monitoring label.
• Mode: select monitor.
• Profile: select a profile; the current Monitor form marks it required even though Monitor does not purchase the item.
• Monitor Proxy: select the proxy group for stock checks.
• Product URL: use the same product URL as your Guest task.
• Color: use the exact website color name if you are targeting one color.
• Monitoring Delay: defaults to 3000 ms. Use a reasonable interval for your proxies; the existing 4000–6000 ms guidance is a starting range to test.
• Reset Delay: optional monitoring reset interval. Follow current release guidance if a particular value is recommended; do not confuse it with Monitoring Delay.
• Start Time / End Time: optional scheduling.
• Bottom Qty: number of Monitor tasks to create. Start with one for the product, click Create and run it alongside the Guest task that is watching it.

Product, Size & Color Example

The original guide’s example is the Fortnite x Crocs Classic Clog product link. Paste the full URL into Product URL. The example color was Blue Multi; always verify the live product page instead of copying that color for a different release.

Crocs can use combined size labels such as M4W6 (men’s 4 / women’s 6). Developers specifically called out exact size matching as a cause of apparent out-of-stock results. Select the matching label from Size, and add other acceptable sizes only if they are offered for that product. Color must also match the website exactly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Crocs account?

No. Guest mode uses your selected profile for checkout. This module’s Guest form does not have an Account selector.

Do I need a Monitor task?

Not for the recommended direct Guest setup. Developers have advised running Guest tasks directly with Watch Task off. Monitor remains available when you deliberately want a Monitor + Watch Task arrangement for restocks.

Why are there two quantity fields?

Product Quantity controls the number of items in an order. The bottom Qty controls how many tasks are created. Starting both at 1 makes the setup easier to check.

Common Errors & Fixes

Out of stock when the website shows stock

Check the exact size format and color first. A size must be loaded for that product, and the website may show another size or color as available. Use the Crocs-specific label where appropriate and install available Stellar updates before retrying.

Payment declined

Developers have explained that a Crocs payment decline can reflect either an out-of-stock item or the retailer’s risk screening. Recheck availability and review your profile/payment details. The message alone does not identify which cause applies, and there is no guaranteed setting that prevents a risk decline.

Waiting for Monitor

If you intended direct checkout, turn Watch Task off. If you intended a paired setup, make sure the matching Monitor task is running with the correct product and color.

Kasada generation or server error

Check for Stellar updates and current developer announcements, then verify your proxy group works. If the error persists, send support the exact message, task mode and logs with private details hidden. A generic server-error message is not enough to assume the proxy is the only cause.
