Use the Walmart module for Walmart US restocks, queue releases and drawings. Stellar 4.0 has three modes: checkout, draw and monitor. This guide explains a small first setup before covering verification and troubleshooting.
Video Guide
This video shows an older interface. Use the written steps and 4.0 screenshots below for the current fields and the separate Draw mode.
Quick Start: Recommended Setup
- Prepare valid Walmart accounts and matching profiles, then save the credentials under Accounts → Walmart.
- Configure email OTP and the intended checkout SMS-verification method; use Check SMS Verification to inspect phone-verification status during login.
- For ordinary releases, create monitor and checkout tasks with matching product details.
- For drawings, use draw directly. It has no Watch Task option and does not need a Monitor. Separate Draw SKUs with commas.
- Check proxies, quantity, account assignments and release timing. Start early enough for login and verification, then watch the statuses.
Preliminary Checklist
- Monitor Proxy: clean ISP proxies are a common starting point. Tested residential proxies can be a backup if monitors struggle during a release.
- Checkout Proxy: high-quality residential proxies are the existing recommendation.
- Queue Proxy: optional separate proxy group for queue entry. If blank, the Checkout Proxy is used.
- Use tested pools and avoid putting more traffic on them than they can handle. Residential monitoring and queue retries consume data.
Walmart can run on a personal computer or a suitable server. Choose stable internet, enough resources and an environment where you can respond to verification prompts. A server is not automatically faster or more reliable.
Find the SKU
SKU is the numeric product identifier. In this example, the SKU is 580726295:
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Example-Product/580726295
Use the confirmed SKU for the actual product you want. Release information should come from a trusted source or your cook group. An Offer ID is different: it identifies a specific seller offer and is normally left blank unless current release instructions provide one.
Accounts & Sessions
Prepare your account and profile
- Open your Walmart account and verify that you can sign in.
- Check its preferred delivery address and default payment method. This is especially important for drawings.
- Create a Stellar profile with valid shipping, billing, payment, phone and email details. The profile email must exactly match the Walmart account email.
- Open Accounts → Walmart, choose an account group and click Add Account.
- Enter Account Name, Account Email and Account Password. Account Proxy is optional; use a tested, stable proxy if assigning one. Save the account.
Saving an account stores its credentials. Checkout or Draw tasks use them to log in and save a session. A session is the saved sign-in state. If the password changes, update it in Accounts before running again.
In the task’s Account field, you may select the intended account directly. Leaving Account blank allows Stellar to match the saved Walmart account to the selected profile by email. Blank Account does not mean guest checkout for this module.
Import several accounts
In the Walmart account group, click Mass Import Accounts. Use one account per line and follow the current form’s order:
email;password;account proxy
Check a small import before adding a large list. Keep account files private and do not include passwords in support screenshots. Each account should have its own correct matching profile; do not accidentally reuse another person’s payment or address details.
Prepare email and phone verification
OTP means one-time password or code. Walmart may send an email code to sign in or ask for a phone number and SMS code. These are separate checks and use different task settings.
Email codes: OTP Input
- IMAP: Stellar retrieves email codes from a connected inbox. Configure the inbox in the IMAP tab and confirm it is ready before starting. There is no separate IMAP Session selector in the current Walmart task form.
- Manual: enter the email code when Stellar prompts you. This replaces the older “Bot” wording. Have Chrome and a captcha harvester ready for manual prompts.
- AYCD: use your configured AYCD email-code workflow. Select it only when that integration is ready.
See the IMAP Overview Guide for setup instructions.
If forwarding several accounts’ emails into one inbox, confirm the verification messages actually arrive there. A connected inbox cannot retrieve a code that never reaches it.
Check whether accounts are phone-verified
Enable Check SMS Verification when you want Stellar to check whether the account is phone-verified. It performs this check during login. This is different from choosing how to supply a phone number and code when Walmart requires verification at checkout.
Checkout SMS Verification
The Checkout form offers Manual and Wealth SMS. Choose a method before a release if any accounts may need phone verification. The existing fallback for an unselected method is Manual.
- Manual: Stellar opens harvester windows that ask for a 10-digit US phone number and the verification code sent to that number.
- Wealth SMS: Stellar uses your configured Wealth SMS account to complete phone verification automatically.
Wealth SMS needs a working API key configured in Settings and available service capacity. Already verified accounts usually do not need a new verification unless Walmart requests one. Do not assume every account will receive a phone prompt as soon as the task starts.
Complete manual phone verification
When Walmart requests checkout phone verification, watch for the verification webhook and the harvester prompt. Keep Chrome installed and a captcha harvester available for manual prompts.
- Enter a valid 10-digit US phone number that you can receive codes on. Use digits only, without spaces, dashes or parentheses.
- Select Send Code.
- Enter the SMS code in the next prompt.
- After successful verification, allow the task to resume and check the outcome.
A number is generally associated with one Walmart account at a time. Reusing it may detach it from another account. Make sure the number is appropriate for the account you are verifying.
The keyboard icon beside a waiting task restarts manual phone verification. Use it if the number was incorrect or cannot receive codes. Do not restart while waiting for a valid code unless you intend to abandon that attempt.
The verification webhook can include account information and a checkout link. Keep it private. The link is a fallback for signing in and attempting completion manually; it does not guarantee that stock or checkout access remains available.
Use Wealth SMS for checkout verification
Wealth SMS is currently the only third-party provider directly supported for automatic Walmart checkout verification.
- Add your Wealth SMS API key in Stellar Settings.
- Confirm the service is ready and has available numbers and sufficient balance.
- In the Checkout task, choose Wealth SMS under Checkout SMS Verification.
- Run the task and watch for errors if Walmart asks for verification.
This service supplies verification numbers and codes. It is separate from services that send you checkout notifications. A saved key does not guarantee a number will be available or accepted.
Walmart handles PX protection through the module’s flow. Email OTP and phone verification are separate account-verification steps. Follow the account walkthrough in this guide and check current Walmart announcements if PX generation is failing.
Supported Modes
- Ordinary restocks and queue releases: use Monitor + Checkout. The Monitor watches a product and the Checkout task uses your account and profile to attempt a purchase.
- Walmart drawings: use draw mode. The current Draw form has no Watch Task option, so you do not need a Monitor task for this walkthrough.
- A drawing entry is not an order. If selected, Walmart may automatically attempt the purchase using the account’s saved address and card.
Follow current Stellar release announcements when timing, delays or proxies differ from this general guide. Begin with one account and one product so you can verify the setup before scaling.
Monitor Mode Breakdown
Open Tasks, select or create a Walmart group, click Create Task and choose monitor. Use this with Checkout for standard restocks and queue releases.
Name
Optional label to help you recognize this task. Use the product, account or purpose rather than leaving many tasks indistinguishable.
Mode
Select the mode named in this breakdown. Changing the mode changes the available fields and what the task does.
Monitor Proxy
select the tested monitor group.
SKU
enter one product identifier per Monitor.
Monitoring Delay
the form starts at 3000 ms. The general starting range is 3000–5000 ms (3–5 seconds); increase it if requests are limited.
Max Price
enter the maximum item price per unit. Tax and shipping can increase the final order total.
Allow 3rd Party?
leave off unless marketplace sellers are acceptable. If enabling it, set Max Price and understand that sellers, returns and prices can differ.
Reset Delay
leave blank unless current release guidance or your testing calls for a value.
Start Time and End Time
optional scheduling controls.
Qty at the bottom
number of Monitor tasks to create. Start with one per SKU; the existing range of 1–5 is a starting recommendation, not a reason to overload a proxy pool.
Create the task, then start it. A Start Time does not start a stopped task. For an unknown restock time, monitors can remain running with suitable delays while you watch for repeated proxy or rate-limit errors.
Checkout Mode Breakdown
Click Create Task and choose checkout. Start with one task for one Walmart account and one SKU.
Name
Optional label to help you recognize this task. Use the product, account or purpose rather than leaving many tasks indistinguishable.
Mode
Select the mode named in this breakdown. Changing the mode changes the available fields and what the task does.
Profile
select the profile that matches the account email and intended billing/shipping details.
Checkout Proxy
select the tested checkout group. Queue Proxy is optional as explained above.
SKU
enter the same SKU as the Monitor. Each Checkout task supports one SKU.
Offer Id
leave blank for the ordinary Monitor + Checkout setup.
Delay
the form starts at 3000 ms; 3000–5000 ms is the existing general starting range.
Qty beside the product settings
units to purchase. Respect the product limit; do not assume Stellar will lower an excessive quantity automatically.
Account
select it directly or leave blank for matching by profile email.
OTP Input
choose IMAP, Manual or AYCD to match your prepared email-code workflow.
Check SMS Verification
enable it to check the account’s phone-verification status during login.
Checkout SMS Verification
Manual or Wealth SMS.
Reset Invalid Password
leave off for a first setup. Enable only when you intentionally want account recovery and have access to the account’s email.
Start Time and End Time are optional. The Qty control at the very bottom creates copies of the task; it is not the number of products in an order. Review profile/account assignment before creating multiple copies.
Avoid duplicate Checkout tasks for the same account and SKU. Different SKUs require separate Checkout tasks. There is no fixed SKU count to copy blindly: scale only as your accounts, proxies, verification workflow and computer can support.
Advanced: using an Offer ID
An Offer ID can repeatedly attempt to add a specific offer to cart, including while it appears out of stock. Use one only when current release instructions recommend it and verify the product, seller and offer first. Do not substitute an Offer ID for the SKU.
Start Time and End Time
Optional scheduling controls. Leave blank for manual timing. A scheduled task must still be started in Stellar; entering a start time does not start a stopped task.
Task Qty
The Qty at the bottom creates that many copies of the task. Use 1 while learning and check account limits before creating duplicates.
Draw Mode Breakdown
Use the separate draw mode in Stellar 4.0. Do not follow the older instructions that described Draw as part of Monitor + Checkout. There is no Watch Task option in this form, so a Monitor is not required for this setup.
- Before the drawing, open the Walmart account and check its preferred delivery address and default credit or debit card.
- Make sure the selected Stellar profile matches that saved address and payment information. Prepare changes ahead of time: Walmart’s Draw system may take time to reflect new defaults.
- Create a Walmart task and select draw.
- Choose Profile and Checkout Proxy. Select the Account or use matching profile email.
- Enter the drawing product’s SKU in SKUs. For multiple products, separate them with commas as shown below.
- Choose OTP Input and enable Check SMS Verification if you want to check phone-verification status during login.
- Review product Qty. The default Delay is 4000 ms. Leave Reset Invalid Password off unless intentionally recovering the account.
- Create and start the task during the drawing’s open entry window. Check the result afterward.
SKU1,SKU2,SKU3,SKU4
Replace those placeholders with actual Walmart product SKUs. Use the product SKU, not a drawing URL. The bottom Qty field creates task copies and is different from product Qty.
Draw does not display the separate Queue Proxy, Offer Id or Checkout SMS Verification dropdown used by Checkout. Do not look for those fields in the Draw form.
A successful entry only means the entry was accepted. It does not mean you won or placed an order. If selected, Walmart attempts the purchase with the account’s saved address and default card. Confirm the result directly in the account.
Name
Optional label to help you recognize this task. Use the product, account or purpose rather than leaving many tasks indistinguishable.
Mode
Select the mode named in this breakdown. Changing the mode changes the available fields and what the task does.
FAQ & Release Preparation
Start early and watch the release
- Confirm the account/profile emails, SKU, price, quantity, proxies and verification methods.
- For scheduled queue releases, the existing guidance is to start Checkout tasks more than an hour early when possible; around three hours gives additional preparation time. Follow the release’s current instructions.
- Start matching Monitor tasks before the restock and confirm that login and verification are ready.
- Watch task statuses and notifications. Temporary queue-entry failures or 456 responses can occur during heavy traffic; avoid repeatedly restarting the entire setup.
- If Stellar reports a checkout, confirm the order in the Walmart account.
If the SKU is announced late, the ordinary Monitor and Checkout forms allow it to be added with live editing. Update the correct tasks in both modes so they match. You can also live edit quantity or checkout/queue proxies when needed. Check highlighted tasks and any search filter before using a bulk edit.
Queue estimates are not guarantees. The older guidance notes that a roughly 28–31 minute estimate can mean the task is far back in line rather than a precise countdown. Let correctly progressing tasks continue unless current instructions say otherwise; a queue position does not reserve stock.
Scale only after a small setup works
Use a product you intend to buy for any live test; a successful test can place an order. Before expanding, check account validity, matching profiles, proxy capacity, email-code retrieval, phone verification and computer performance. Duplicate traffic can cause session conflicts, rate limits and failed checkouts.
Choosing a computer or server
Walmart can be run on either a personal computer or a server.
Personal Computer
A personal computer is completely acceptable. Your internet connection may affect how quickly tasks communicate with Walmart and enter the queue.
Server
A server is also acceptable and may offer better internet connectivity, but it is not automatically better than a properly configured personal computer.
Choose the environment that gives you:
- Reliable internet
- Stable system performance
- Enough resources for your task count
- Convenient access during verification prompts
Scaling your setup
The recommended starting task counts are listed in Quick Start: Recommended Setup.
When increasing the size of your setup, consider:
- Number of valid Walmart accounts
- Number of matching profiles
- Checkout and queue proxy quality
- Number of proxy providers and pools
- IMAP or manual OTP capacity
- Phone-verification capacity
- Computer or server performance
- Current Stellar task limits
- Drop-specific instructions
Avoid creating more tasks than your accounts, proxies, and verification methods can support.
Duplicate Checkout tasks using the same account and SKU can contribute to login instability, session conflicts, duplicate cart activity, account locks, and checkout failures.
Start with a manageable setup, test it on an in-stock product, and scale only after confirming that it works reliably.
Long-Running Monitors and Unknown Restocks
For scheduled releases, follow the timing instructions in Quick Start: Recommended Setup.
When a restock time is unknown, Monitor tasks may be left running for longer periods.
For long-running monitors:
- Use reliable monitor proxies.
- Use delays appropriate for extended monitoring.
- Watch for repeated rate limits or proxy failures.
- Rotate to another tested proxy pool when necessary.
- Confirm that the SKU remains correct.
- Keep Stellar updated.
- Monitor your cook group and Stellar announcements for new information.
Do not use unnecessarily aggressive delays for monitors that may run for several hours.
Queue behavior
Walmart queues are not always entered immediately. The site may slow down or temporarily fail when a large number of users enter at once.
If tasks do not enter the queue immediately:
- Let them continue retrying.
- Avoid immediately restarting the entire setup.
- Confirm the proxies are working.
- Watch Stellar announcements for specific instructions.
A displayed queue time of approximately 28–31 minutes can act as a placeholder indicating that the task is far behind in line. Allow the task to continue.
Queue placement does not guarantee that a task will reach checkout before inventory sells out.
Live editing
Walmart tasks currently support live editing during the task flow.
You can live edit:
- Product quantity
- Checkout or queue proxies
- SKU when product information becomes available
Use live editing carefully and confirm that the correct tasks are selected before applying mass changes.
Walmart prep call
Keep this existing recording as additional release context. It may show older controls; current written steps and release announcements take priority.
Common Errors and Fixes
Error 456, PX block or rotating proxy
These can indicate rate limits, heavy traffic or a blocked proxy. Allow reasonable retries, increase the delay if needed and test another known-working pool if the error persists. Avoid rapidly restarting every task. Residential proxies are the existing checkout recommendation.
Generating Cookie or Unknown Error Generating PX
The task is working through Walmart’s protection. Give Generating Cookie about 30 seconds before troubleshooting. If it remains stuck, test the proxy and its credentials, try another pool and restart only the affected task. Use the supported proxy format IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD.
Unknown Error Creating Cart
Test another checkout proxy and confirm authentication details. Restart the affected task after correcting the proxy, rather than repeatedly recreating the entire setup.
Failed to Fetch Availability
Check the SKU for spaces or extra characters, confirm the product page exists, test the Monitor proxy and restart only that Monitor if needed.
Cannot Read Properties of Undefined
Record the task status and relevant logs, then restart Stellar and try an affected task again. If it continues, contact support. The older workaround was to recreate the affected task group; preserve its settings first and use that as a targeted recovery step, because deleting a group removes its tasks.
Account or login failure
Check the saved credentials, matching profile email and requested verification. Test the account proxy. If the saved login session is invalid, Clear Cookies in Accounts removes it so the appropriate task can sign in again; it does not remove the saved credentials.
Waiting for an email code
IMAP
confirm the inbox is ready and that the Walmart email reached it. Check forwarding if using a master inbox.
Manual
watch for the code prompt and retrieve the newest email code.
AYCD
confirm the configured AYCD workflow is connected and receiving the message.
Missing phone number or SMS code
For Manual, locate the verification prompt and confirm the number can receive SMS. If the number is wrong or unavailable, use the keyboard icon to restart with another number. For Wealth SMS, check the saved API key, balance, service availability and selected task method. A login-time Check SMS Verification result is not the same as completing a checkout verification prompt.
Address or payment errors
Review the profile’s required address fields, spelling, card details and billing address. Confirm the card is valid and can cover the order. Correct the affected profile and account rather than making repeated unrelated changes.
Did not enter or pass the queue
Temporary entry failures can happen when a queue opens. Let progressing tasks retry and check proxies. Entering late, a slow/blocked proxy or stock selling out can prevent checkout. Prepare earlier next time and follow live announcements rather than mass restarting.
Checking Drawing error
Confirm Stellar is current, the drawing is open and the account session is valid. Allow retries, then restart only the affected task or test another proxy if it does not recover. Walmart can return these errors even with a valid setup; restarting is not a guaranteed fix.
Draw address or payment mismatch
Verify the preferred delivery address and default card directly on Walmart, then compare them with the assigned profile. Recently changed defaults may not yet have reached Walmart’s Draw system. Allow time for them to update; do not repeatedly change defaults just before entry closes.
For mailbox setup, follow the IMAP
