HomeDepot in Stellar 4.0 uses guest checkout with your selected profile. Use Shipping for delivery or Pickup for collection at a store. Monitor tasks check stock and can trigger matching checkout tasks; they do not place orders themselves.
Video Guide
No dedicated video is included in this guide. Follow the written Stellar 4.0 setup and screenshots below.
Quick Start: Recommended Setup
- Prepare a profile, tested proxies and the exact product URL. The current module uses guest checkout.
- Choose shipping for delivery or pickup for store collection.
- Create monitor for Shipping, or monitor-pickup for Pickup, using the same product and location setup.
- Create the matching checkout task and enable Watch Task. Review quantity, ZIP code and any store restrictions.
- Start the paired tasks when ready to buy; keep the monitor running.
Preliminary Checklist
- Save a profile with accurate contact, shipping, billing and payment details. There is no HomeDepot Account or Session field to configure in this module.
- Prepare working proxies. The existing recommendation is ISP proxies for monitoring and residential proxies for checkout. Quality and retailer compatibility matter; keep an alternative provider available if your proxies are blocked.
- Get the product URL and release instructions from your cook group. Check fulfillment availability and purchase limits before creating tasks.
Paste the full product page link into URL without extra spaces. The number at the end of a Home Depot product link identifies the product, but the current task form asks for the full URL.
Example product link: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Dr-Seuss-6-ft-Animated-Grinch-Christmas-Animatronic-22GM16953/320168369
Product Qty controls units per order. Start with 1 and follow the product’s purchase limit; Stellar does not automatically reduce an excessive quantity. The separate Qty at the bottom controls how many tasks you create.
Accounts & Sessions
Stellar 4.0 HomeDepot uses guest checkout with the selected profile. There is no Account or Session field to configure. The old HomeDepot account-login steps do not apply.
Supported Modes
- Shipping + Monitor: delivery to the address in your profile.
- Pickup + Monitor-Pickup: collection from a store within your chosen area.
Use the same product URL and matching fulfillment setup in each pair. For a first setup, create one Monitor task and one checkout task with Watch Task enabled.
Monitor Mode Breakdown
- Create a HomeDepot task group, then select Create Task → monitor for shipping or monitor-pickup for pickup.
- Select your Profile and Monitor Proxy group, then enter the product URL.
- For shipping, enter ZIP Code and Store Id as needed for the location you want to monitor. Set Maximum Price to your intended product-price limit. Do not assume this is a cap on the final total including tax and delivery.
- For pickup, enter ZIP Code, Radius in miles and Store IDs. Separate multiple Store IDs with commas, for example storeid1,storeid2,storeid3. Use stores you can realistically collect from.
- Set Monitoring Delay and Reset Delay, then create the task.
The form starts Monitoring Delay at 3000 ms. The existing guide recommends around 4000 ms for monitoring and 5000 ms for Reset Delay as starting points. 4000 ms means four seconds between checks; Reset Delay controls the pause before monitoring resumes after stock is detected. Follow current release guidance and increase delays if requests are being blocked.
Home Depot availability and pricing can vary by ZIP code and store. Keep the location settings consistent between your monitor and checkout tasks.
Name
Optional label to help you recognize this task. Use the product, account or purpose rather than leaving many tasks indistinguishable.
Mode
Select the mode named in this breakdown. Changing the mode changes the available fields and what the task does.
Profile
Choose the saved profile intended for this purchase. Check the email, contact, shipping, billing and payment details before starting.
Monitor Proxy
Choose the tested proxy group used to check stock. Keep its requests and data use within the capacity of the proxy pool.
Start Time and End Time
Optional scheduling controls. Leave blank for manual timing. A scheduled task must still be started in Stellar; entering a start time does not start a stopped task.
Task Qty
The Qty at the bottom creates that many copies of the task. Use 1 while learning and check account limits before creating duplicates.
URL
Full product page link, matching the checkout task.
ZIP Code
Location used to check availability and local pricing.
Monitoring Delay
Default 3000 ms; around 4000 ms is the earlier starting recommendation.
Reset Delay
Around 5000 ms is the existing starting recommendation.
Store Id
The store used for location-specific monitoring. This shipping-monitor field is singular.
Maximum Price
Set the intended maximum product price. Do not assume this limits the final total including tax and delivery.
Express Delivery
Select only when using the express-delivery setup; keep the checkout task’s fulfillment consistent.
Monitor-Pickup Mode Breakdown
Choose monitor-pickup for store collection. It checks local availability and signals the paired Pickup task; it does not place an order. Use the same product URL, ZIP Code, Radius and Store IDs as the pickup setup.

Shipping Mode Breakdown
- Select Create Task → shipping.
- Choose your Profile and Checkout Proxy group, then paste the same product URL used by your Monitor.
- Set product Qty and Delay. The current form starts Delay at 3000 ms.
- Enable Watch Task so this task waits for your Monitor’s stock signal.
- Leave Tax Exempt Number blank unless you have a valid applicable exemption. Enable Express Delivery only if that is the delivery service you want.
- Review optional scheduling and cashback settings, leave the bottom Qty at 1 for your first task, then create it.

The current default is 3000 ms. Follow current release guidance.
Watch Task
Enable to wait for a matching running Monitor rather than have the checkout task monitor on its own. Product and fulfillment settings must match. A waiting status is normal until stock is detected.
Use TopCashback?
Enable only after configuring the service and checking eligibility.
Tax Exempt Number
Only for a valid applicable tax exemption. Leave blank for an ordinary personal order.
Express Delivery
Enable if you want the express-delivery option; otherwise use the standard delivery flow.
Pickup Mode Breakdown
- Select Create Task → pickup.
- Choose your Profile and Checkout Proxy group. Enter the product URL, product Qty and Delay.
- Enter your ZIP Code, Radius in miles and comma-separated Store IDs. Match the product and store area used by your Monitor-Pickup task.
- Enable Watch Task, review optional settings and create the task.
Example: Monitor-Pickup checks the product at your selected stores. A Pickup task for that product and area waits with Watch Task enabled, then attempts checkout when the matching monitor detects stock. Run both tasks when you are ready to make a real purchase.

FAQ & Release Preparation
Watch Task and optional settings
- Watch Task enabled: checkout waits for a matching monitor to report stock. Without it, the checkout task monitors the product itself before attempting checkout.
- Start Time and End Time are optional. Leave them blank if you plan to start and stop tasks manually.
- Use TopCashback? requires the service to be configured first. Cashback depends on purchase eligibility and is not guaranteed.
Common Errors and Fixes
Waiting for stock
make sure the matching Monitor is running, both tasks use the same product URL and fulfillment method, and pickup/store settings agree.
Wrong price or no nearby stock
check ZIP code, store selection and Radius. Availability can differ between shipping and pickup.
Quantity error
reduce product Qty to the allowed limit.
Proxy or Akamai errors
confirm your proxies work, try another proxy group or provider and increase delays if necessary.
Checkout failure
review your profile, payment details, fulfillment availability and any tax-exemption information.
A checkout task on an in-stock item can place a real order. Only test with an item you intend to buy.
