Complete guide on our Offspring module

Offspring uses guest checkout for footwear releases and restocks. Prepare your profile, product ID, sizing, currency and payment method before starting tasks.

Quick Start — Recommended Setup

1. Create an Offspring task group in Tasks, then click Create Task.
2. Choose normal, select your profile and checkout proxies, and enter the Product PID.
3. Select the size you want and the currency for your intended region. Choose Credit Card for automatic checkout or PayPal for a checkout link sent through your webhook.
4. Start with Delay 3000 ms. Leave Use Collect Method off for delivery; enable it only if you want store collection.
5. For random restocks, create a matching Monitor task and enable Watch Task on Normal. For a timed release, Normal can run independently with Watch Task off.
6. Set Qty to the number of task rows, click Create, and review before starting. Normal tasks can place orders.

Preliminary Checklist

Save accurate billing, shipping and payment details in your profiles. Use the address format accepted by the Offspring website.

Prepare suitable proxies. ISP and datacenter proxies have traditionally been used for speed; residential proxies are another option but repeated monitoring can use substantial data. Performance varies by pool, and flagged proxies can cause Akamai errors.

Your cook group can help confirm the PID, sizes and release timing.

If using PayPal, configure your Discord webhook first so you can receive the checkout link and finish payment manually.

Accounts & Sessions

Offspring uses guest checkout with your selected profile. The current form has no Account or Session field, so no separate retailer login setup is needed.

Browser Extension

1. Download Stellar-queue browser extension for Google Chrome: Stellar AIO Chrome Extension V3

2. Click on "Extract All..."

3. In Chrome, go to Manage Extensions

4. On the top right corner of the Manage Extensions page turn on Developer Mode and click Load Unpacked. Now select the folder that you extracted, it'll be located in Downloads

5. Go back to Chrome, click on the puzzle piece on the top right corner. You can now pin the Stellar Extension to your Chrome toolbar

Supported Modes

• normal: attempts guest checkout. With Watch Task on, it waits for a matching Monitor signal; with Watch Task off, it checks the product itself.
• monitor: checks product availability and signals matching Normal Watch Tasks. It does not place orders.

Normal Mode

Use normal for checkout with your saved profile.

• Name: optional label to help identify the task.
• Mode: choose normal.
• Profile: select your checkout profile.
• Checkout Proxy: select the proxy group used for checkout requests.
• Product PID: enter the product identifier, not the complete URL. See the example below.
• Size: select the size or sizes you are willing to buy. The 4.0 dropdown supports multiple selections and includes Random. Choose one size for a specific-size task; use Random only if any available size is acceptable. Check the listing’s size system before selecting.
• Currency: USD, GBP or EUR. Match your intended storefront and region.
• Payment Method: Credit Card or PayPal. Credit Card attempts automatic checkout. PayPal sends a checkout link through your webhook for you to complete payment.
• Discount: optional valid discount code.
• Delay: interval between attempts in milliseconds. The current default is 3000 ms, or 3 seconds.
• Watch Task?: enable to wait for a matching Monitor task. Leave off to run Normal independently.
• Use Collect Method: enables collection. The existing guidance says the closest store is chosen using the profile’s billing ZIP/postcode. Only use it if you intend to collect the order.
• Start Time and End Time: optional scheduling controls.
• Qty at the bottom: number of task rows to create, not a product quantity field.

Monitor Mode

Use monitor to check stock and trigger matching Normal Watch Tasks.

• Name: optional task label.
• Mode: choose monitor.
• Monitor Proxy: select the proxy group used for stock checks.
• Product PID: match the product you want your Normal tasks to purchase.
• Size: select the desired size or sizes, or Random if appropriate. Match the sizing used in your checkout setup.
• Currency: choose USD, GBP or EUR for the intended region.
• Monitoring Delay: time between stock checks. The default is 3000 ms.
• Reset Delay: pause after stock is detected before monitoring again. The current field starts blank.
• Start Time and End Time: optional scheduling controls.
• Qty at the bottom: number of Monitor task rows to create.

Finding the Product PID

The PID is normally the number at the end of the product URL. Copy it exactly and confirm it is for the intended product.

Example: https://www.offspring.co.uk/view/product/offspring_catalog/5,22/4142825243 uses PID 4142825243. This is an identifier example, not a current stock recommendation.

Example: Monitor + Normal

1. Create a Monitor task with the intended PID, size, currency and monitoring proxy group.
2. Create a Normal task with the same intended product, size and currency. Add your profile, checkout proxies and payment method, then enable Watch Task.
3. Start both. Monitor checks availability and signals Normal to attempt checkout. If using PayPal, watch for the webhook link and complete payment yourself.

For a timed release, follow the release instructions and use Normal with Watch Task off when running independently. A Watch Task setup can reduce repeated stock checks, but does not guarantee that proxies will avoid blocks.

“Waiting for Monitor Ping” means a Watch Task is ready and waiting for a matching Monitor signal. Keep both tasks running; the message alone is not an error.

FAQ

Which delays should I use?

Start with the current 3000 ms default. The existing recommendation is 3000–5000 ms. Treat this as a starting range and increase the delay if your proxies are being blocked; lower delays do not guarantee faster successful checkout.

Can I choose more than one size?

Yes. The 4.0 Size field is a multi-select dropdown. Select only sizes you are willing to purchase. The older one-size-per-task setup is still useful when you want precise control over each task.

How does collection work?

Enable Use Collect Method only for store collection. The guide’s existing recommendation is to use the profile’s billing ZIP/postcode for the closest store. Make sure your profile address matches the format accepted on Offspring’s website; check the address manually in a browser if needed.

Common Errors & Troubleshooting

Normal is waiting and not checking out

If Watch Task is enabled, confirm that a matching Monitor task is running for the correct PID, size and currency. Turn Watch Task off if you intended Normal to run independently.

No PayPal checkout link

Confirm that Payment Method is PayPal and that your Discord webhook is configured correctly. A link is only expected when the task reaches that checkout step. Check the exact task status if it never gets there.

Address or collection error

Check the profile’s billing ZIP/postcode and address formatting. Use the same address format that Offspring accepts in its website checkout, and confirm that you intended to use collection.

Akamai, proxy or repeated request errors

Check proxy credentials, try another suitable pool and increase your delay if needed. Keep Stellar updated. If the problem continues, send support the exact error, mode and PID without sharing payment details or proxy passwords.

Product or size unavailable

Verify the PID, currency and size against the current listing. A product page existing does not mean your chosen size is in stock.
