Very Important Note If Running on a Server

In order to use the Target module, you need to make sure your server IP is clean and not flagged by Target. If your server IP is flagged you won't be able to login, generate shape cookies or checkout If you already have a server you can check if the server IP is flagged by going to target.com on the servers browser, log into your Target account, cart and checkout a test item. If the order sticks a couple hours after you placed it, your server IP should be OK If you don't have a server but would like to purchase one through a server provider, I recommend to contact them first to ensure the server IP is not flagged before you purchase Running Stellar on a server is very important and gives you a big advantage when running 24/7. Running tasks 24/7 is one of the biggest benefits to having a server

Target Login Overview

For Target you'll need to go into the Identities tab and log into your accounts. There are two ways to log into your Target accounts, Access Token Login or Request Login. Each login method will require shape cookies. The Target account email has to exactly match the email you have in your profile

Which is better, Access Token or Request Login?

Neither provide a speed advantage to checking out on Target. These methods are both here so you can see what works for you and what is easiest. Try them and see what you like!

Target Sessions and Log In

Add Session

  1. Go to Identities tab

  1. Click on Add Session

  2. Session Name: Name your session

    Email: Enter your account email

Password: Enter your account password Login Proxy: Login Proxy is not used for TargetGO

Access Token: Enter Access Token you generated for this account if you're using Access Token login method Team Member Code: Enter your Team Member discount code if you have one

Login Method: Select the login method you prefer to use. Token or Request Fingerprint Setting:

    Not being used for TargetGO

  3. Click Save.

Don't click the Log In button. Your checkout tasks will log you into your Target accounts

Mass Import Sessions

How does this login method work?

When importing your sessions they will not login at first. All the sessions will login when your tasks are ran. The Target account email has to exactly match the email you have in your profile. This means if your session/account email is "[email protected]", then your profile email needs to be "[email protected]." When the task starts, the profile will be matched to the session and will login.

  1. Go to Sessions tab

  1. Click on Mass Import Sessions

  1. On this window you will be inputting multiple accounts at once (one per line). The format is as follows: Email;Password;IP;AccessToken

    1. Email : The email of your target account

    2. Password : The password of your target account

    3. IP : Not used for TargetGO

    4. Access Token : The access token for the account (required if you're using Access Token Login)

Here is the format for different variations: email;pass;; This is if you want Login IP blank and don't want to use Access Token

email;pass;;accessToken If you prefer using Access Token

      email;pass;loginProxy; Uses the login proxy

email;pass;loginProxy;accessToken Uses login proxy and access token login

Target Access Token Login

What is Access Token Login? Access Token login will use a token you generated using the Access Token Harvester extension to log into your Target accounts. You will generate one access token for each Target account and can last up to a few weeks. Your Target tasks will let you know when it's time to generate new access tokens. Access Token login method will also require shape cookies

Downloading Access Token Harvester

1. Download Access Token Harvester Extension for Google Chrome: Stellar - Target Access Token Harvester V3

2. Extract the downloaded file

3. In Chrome, go to Manage Extensions

4. On the top right corner of the Manage Extensions page turn on Developer Mode and click Load Unpacked. Now select the folder that you extracted, it'll be located in Downloads

Note: You can ignore the Error message shown in the Manage Extensions page

5. Go to https://www.target.com/ and navigate to the login page. Enter your email address and password, (Before you sign in, check the 'Keep me signed in" box) then click sign in. You have to use your real email and password so you can successfully log into your account.

6. Download the access token file from the browser extension, copy and paste the access token into the correct Target accounts session in the Sessions tab

7. Click Save and you're all set with that account. Don't click the Log In button. Your checkout tasks will log you into your Target accounts

8. Repeat the same process for each Target account you have by either opening a New Incognito Window or use a new Google Chrome profile

You'll also want to switch the browser login IP so multiple Target accounts aren't using the same IP to login. You can use any proxy switcher chrome extension but we recommend BP Proxy Switcher

New Incognito Window

Open a New Incognito Window by clicking on the 3 dots on the top right corner of Chrome and click "New Incognito Window"

To use a Chrome extension in Incognito, copy and paste chrome://extensions into the URL bar in Incognito mode

Go to the Token Harvester extension > "Details" > Toggle ON "Allow in Incognito"

Google Chrome Profile

To create a new Google Chrome profile click on your Google account image on the top right corner and click on "Add"

Sign into your Gmail accounts. One Chrome profile per Target account you have

Target Request Login

What is Request Login?

For Request Login you don't need to download any kind of extensions or harvesters as you would for Access Token Login. Request login method will also require shape cookies

If request login doesn't work for you, there's a much better chance Token Login will work

1. Go to Sessions and select Target

2. Click on Add Session or Edit an existing session by clicking on the gray pencil

3. Select Request Login in the login method field. The Target account email has to exactly match the email you have in your profile.

4. Click Save

5. Run a task on either on an out of stock item or on a in stock item to ensure everything is setup correctly

ATC Cookies Overview

What are ATC Cookies?

ATC Cookies (also known as Shape cookies) are needed to add to cart and checkout hype/high demand items, also known as Shape protected items. ATC Cookies are also needed for the login step. ATC Cookies are independent of accounts meaning you don't need to be logged into a Target account to generate them

You can use the Browser Extension below to generate Shape Cookies but it's more manual work

Downloading the ATC Cookies Harvester

1. Download ATC Cookie Harvester Extension for Google Chrome: Stellar - Target ATC Cookie Harvester

2. Extract the downloaded file (StellarAIO Cookie Harvester Chrome Extension)

3. In Chrome, click on the puzzle piece on the top right corner. Then go to Manage Extensions

4. On the top right corner of the webpage turn on Developer Mode and Click Load Unpacked. Now view the StellarAIO Cookie Harvester Chrome Extension folder that you extracted. Make sure you select the build folder. Don't select the parent folder, select the folder as shown in the image below

Note: You can ignore the Error message shown in the Manage Extensions page

5. Go back to Chrome, click on the puzzle piece again and go to Manage Extensions one more time. You can now pin the Stellar AIO Extension to your Chrome toolbar

6. You can now click and view the pinned extension

Generating ATC Cookies

Once you fully downloaded and setup the StellarAIO Cookie Harvester Chrome Extension you're ready to start generating Shape Cookies.

Important: Disable all other extensions that handle proxies. We recommend to use a new Chrome profile or use Brave browser

1. Go to www.target.com and find an in stock item like a Fire Stick

2. Open your Cookie Extension and toggle to the right where it says StellarAIO to enable the extension. Paste in some high quality ISPs or Residential proxies. Next you'll toggle the Auto Generation section if you would like to generate cookies while AFK.

3. If you have Toggle Auto Generation on you'll start to see the counter increasing. If you don't have the box checked you'll have to click Add to Cart manually on the product page to generate cookies. The cookies will be automatically sent to Stellar as long as you have the bot open

What do the buttons in the Cookie Harvester extension do?

  • The number in the grey box shows how many cookies you generated using the extension

  • Reset Headers allows you to clear the cookies in the extension

  • Download Headers allows to download the cookies you made in the extension

  • Clear Session allows you to clear the webpage cookies. It's recommended to Clear Session after generating around 20-30 cookies

  • Clear All Bot Cookies will clear all extension cookies inside the bot

This guide will walk you through pairing Stellars Cookie Harvester Extension with a macro recorder (such as PyMacroRecorder or TinyTask) to automate cookie harvesting on Target.com

Using a macro ensures more valid cookies by replicating human like mouse movements and clicks, making it easier for Stellar to log in and check out high demand products.

Video Guide

Step 1: Locate Stellars Chromium Browser

We highly recommend you use the Chromium browser for this cookie generation process, this will help generate more valid cookies

  1. Open File Explorer

  2. Under "This PC" open "Local Disk (C:)

  3. Open "Users"

  4. Open a folder that has your user name

  5. Open ".stellar"

  6. Open "v3"

  7. Open "Chromium"

  8. Open '131"

  9. Launch "Chrome" with a blue Chrome icon

Step 2: Install the Required Extensions & Software

1. Download & Install Stellar’s Cookie Harvester Extension to your opened Chromium browser

2. Download & Install a Macro Recorder

You’ll need a macro recorder to replicate natural browsing behavior while harvesting cookies. Choose one of the following:

  • PyMacroRecorder (more advanced, allows fine-tuning of timing and input delay)

  • TinyTask (simpler, lightweight option)

Download and install your preferred macro recorder.

  1. Open Your Stellar Cookie Browser Extension

    • Use the default settings values that are already inputted when you first opened the extension

    • Enable the extension by toggling it on located in the top left corner of the extension

    • Make sure the extension has a green light and says Connected

    • Auto Generation must be toggled OFF

    • ISPs are recommended but you can use residentials if you'd like

    • Use Current Proxy should be toggled ON

    • Rotate Proxy / Clear Session should be at 0 tries

Step 4: Configure Your Macro Recorder

1. Open Your Macro Recorder

  • If using PyMacroRecorder, launch the program and start a new recording.

  • If using TinyTask, open the software and ensure continuous playback is enabled.

2. Record Your Cookie Harvesting Actions

Once your macro recorder is running:

  1. Go to Target.com

    • Ensure you're logged out the Target account inside Stellars browser session.

  2. Navigate to a Product Page

    • Visit a product page that has a Shipping option available like in stock Pokemon Cards, Sports Cards or anything else in that criteria.

  3. Simulate Human Activity

    • Scroll slowly and click the Add to Cart button on the product page.

    • Move your mouse randomly but smoothly around the screen.

    • Hover over different elements of the product page.

  4. Stop Recording

    • Stop your recording when the product page has fully loaded and completed the rotation process (shown in video guide)

    • Save your macro recording and ensure it replays smoothly.

    • Adjust delays and timing if needed to mimic real user behavior.

For PyMacroRecorder

  1. Open PyMacroRecorder and load your saved macro.

  2. Set loop playback to continuously run the recorded actions.

  3. This is optional but you can aadjust the interval delay to make the process automated

For TinyTask

  1. Open TinyTask and load your macro recording.

  2. Enable continuous playback mode (loop mode).

  3. Set playback speed to normal or slightly slower for realistic behavior.

  • Open Stellar AIO and go to your Target task group tab

  • You'll notice a Cookie counter towards the top right, monitor the cookie count and let the macro run continuously

Final Notes

  • Run the macro for at least 15-30 minutes per session to generate a good number of cookies.

  • Do NOT use a VPN in your browser while harvesting cookies, it may cause invalid cookies.

  • If issues persist, try modifying your mouse movement pattern or adjusting the macro speed.

Understanding Shape Bans and Target Botting

What Are Shape Bans? Shape bans are a common part of botting Target. They can't be completely avoided but can be reduced with proper setup. Shape bans occur when Target detects unusual activity, and they can affect either your device or proxies temporarily.

Identifying and Handling Shape Bans

  1. During Login:

    • If your tasks loop on "Shape ban" during login, switch from request login to token login.

  2. During Add to Cart (ATC):

    • If tasks loop on "Shape ban" while adding to the cart (without transitioning to "Waiting for monitor"), your device or proxies might be temporarily banned.

    • Device bans are more common, but proxies could also be temporarily flagged.

Note: Temporary bans can last up to 24 hours for both devices and proxies.

Tips to Reduce Shape Bans

  • Pregenerate ATC cookies using either:

    • Browser Extension Cookie Harvester

  • Don’t overgenerate cookies, as this can flag your device or cause cookies to expire prematurely. Aim for about three times as many cookies as the number of tasks you're running.

Beginner-Friendly Recommendations

  • Start with 1-3 tasks to understand Target’s system and Shape’s behavior.

  • Don’t run more than 2-3 Shape tasks at a time, even with a high task count.

  • Experiment to find what works best for you

Final Notes

  • Target is one of the hardest sites to bot, requiring patience and skill to master.

  • If issues persist, open a ticket, and the Stellar support team can guide you further.

  • Always refer to our guide for detailed instructions on cookie generation.

TargetGO Task Overview

Monitor Mode

Shipping Mode

Pickup Mode

Login Mode

Reset Mode

Account Gen Mode

  • Which Mode do I use?

    • Monitor mode will only monitor and ping your checkout watch tasks when they detect the item you're monitoring is in stock. The SKU needs to be the same for monitor mode tasks and checkout watch tasks like Shipping mode (watch task needs to be enabled)

    • Shipping mode is used if the product you want to checkout is Shipping fulfillment meaning it'll be delivered to your shipping address

    • Pickup mode is used if the product you want to checkout is Pickup fulfillment meaning you want to pickup the order in person at the physical location

    • Login mode is used to log into your accounts and refresh sessions. You can also add default address and payment method to your Target accounts from your profile

    • Reset mode is used to reset the password to your Target account if needed

    • Account Gen mode is used to generate Target accounts. We recommend to fill out at least the address for a faster checkout flow

  • What does Profile mean?

    • Select a Profile you want to use and that profile information will be used when checking out items but you must check Override Payment checkbox to use profile information. If you leave that box unchecked, it will use your Target account saved information

    • The Target account email has to exactly match the email you have in your profile

  • What type of Proxies should I use?

    • The best type of proxies to use on Target are ISPs and DCs. This is because you can run your tasks for a longer period of time without eating away your residential data

    • You need User:Password Authenticated Proxies in your checkout set to be able to use our antibot solution

      • If you're looking for proxies, check out Stella Proxies for high quality ISP and Residential proxies

  • What is the SKU and how do I get them?

  • What Delays should I use?

    • Monitoring Delay: We recommend to use delays of 10000-15000 depending on the quality of your proxies

      • It's required to have at least one monitor task per product

    • Reset Delay: 5000 or less

    • Delay for checkout tasks: 2000 or less

  • What is a good QTY to use?

    • Some items have a 3 qty limit per account and some items may only have a 1 qty limit per account. We recommend to ask your cook group if you're unsure what to put for quantity

  • Which Monitor Type should I use?

    • ApiDesktop uses backend monitoring for Desktop endpoint

    • ApiMobile uses backend monitoring for Mobile endpoint

    • AtcDesktop uses frontend monitoring for Desktop site Add to Cart button. Shape cookies are required for this monitor type

    • ApiMix is recommended and uses all 3 Api monitor types

      • Sometimes API Mix can return false positives so we also recommend to try AtcDesktop

    • ApiPickup is the only monitor type for pickup in store products

  • What is Zipcode?

    • Zipcode is optional but needed if you don't want to use the zip code from your profile. Put the zip code of the pickup locations that you would like to monitor

      • If you leave this field empty it'll use the zip code from your profile

  • What is Radius?

    • Radius is default to 50 if you don't enter a custom radius. This is how far you're willing to pickup the item in miles

  • What is Stores?

    • After inputting a zip code and store radius, you can select the specific stores you are willing to pickup your items from. You can select individual stores or all stores that fall inside the given radius.

  • What is Reset Delay?

    • After your Monitor Mode picks up a restock, it'll use your reset delay before monitoring again. So if you have a Reset Delay of 60000, it'll wait 60 seconds before attempting to monitor for the item again. We recommend having a high reset delay to prevent any spamming of your tasks being pinged

  • What is the Endless Mode checkbox?

    • If you checkmark this box Stellar will try to checkout endlessly after every successful checkout

      • Endless Limit is used to set a maximum amount of checkouts when Endless Mode is enabled and Stellar will stop tasks once that limit is reached. For example 5

  • What is the Use Account Address? checkbox?

    • This is a good option to run if you have default address set in your Target accounts, this does not slow down checkout speed. You can use Login Mode with 'Add Address' enabled

  • What is the Override Payment? checkbox?

    • If you checkmark this box Stellar will use your profile payment information instead of the default payment info on your Target account

      • Override Payment should be used only if you need to add new card

  • What is the Watch Task? checkbox?

    • The Watch Task option allows your checkout task (e.g., Shipping mode) to work together with a Monitor mode task. Here's how it works:

      • If you check this box, your checkout task will not monitor for restocks directly. Instead, it will wait for a Monitor mode task (with the same SKU) to detect a restock

        • Once the Monitor task detects the restock, it will "ping" the checkout (with the same SKU) task to run. The checkout task will then add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout

When using the Watch Task option:

      1. Start your checkout task. It will display the message: "Waiting for Monitor Ping." This means it's ready and set up correctly

      2. When the Monitor task detects a restock, it will automatically trigger the checkout task (with the same SKU) to run

If you leave the Watch Task checkbox unchecked, the checkout task will act independently. It will monitor the SKU itself, add the item to your cart, and checkout directly

  • What is Use Rakuten? box?

    • Follow the Rakuten guide to set it up and check this box to earn cashback on eligible purchases

  • What is IMAP Session?

    • IMAP will allow Stellar to automatically pull the account verification codes that Target emails you for a faster and smoother experience

  • What is Password?

    • This field is optional for Reset and Acc Gen modes. You can choose your new password or Stellar will create a safe one

Entering Target Team Member Discount Code

Earn 10% discount on Target.com purchases by using a Team Member Discount Code

  1. Go to your Target session

  2. Enter in your Target Team Member discount code without the 0000s into the respective field as shown below

Using Red Card on Target

A Red Card is a Target branded debit or credit card. You can apply for one here

Putting the RedCard into Stellar

1. In bot, go to the profile section of Target

2. Edit the profile you would like to add the Target RedCard to (or create a new profile)

3. When entering the credit/debit card information click the Visa card option

4. The CVV is the 4 digit pin the Red Card is issued with

5. Make sure your tasks have Override Payment? box checked
